I know about the neilsen thing, I get paid to have it on my computer, not entirely sure whats in it for them, I guess I should investigate more really ...

I also fixed the items you suggested, the Superantispyware wont run as it keeps trying to open up IE to use the internet connection (I use mozilla normally) and then it fails ...

Thanks for all the help, I hope it will finally stop freezing and being so slow now ....

Can I just ask about the neilsen? HOW do they credit your account for example? Im just very concerned as another person posted the exact same program a month or two back and for all we know they could be stealing passwords or anything.
What information do they have of yours to allow them to pay you?
