    I think it must have been Pip that made sure Wales won :rotfl:. People will start sendng you England shirts PM!

    • Off to see DS in his own rugby shirt later this am , important cup game. (6 pairs of socks - some sparkly!)
    • Lunch and tea from left overs/ storecupboard.
    • Want OH to help me move some shelves but that will have to wait until celebratory hangover subsides ( his not mine I hasten to add!)
    • Did lots of money moving last night from pot to pot so know where we stand for the month - petrol money in and more to claim :j ( Done your expenses yet SM?:rotfl:)
    • Continue with never ending hokey cokey
    • Look at garden and consider a bit of digging!
    • Tidy away work stuff so it doesn't stare at me whilst I'm on leave this week
    • Consider booking 1p bowling for DSs ( but you have to start between 9 and 9:30am:eek:)

    Bought new book yesterday for all of us:eek: in the local book shop - I tell myself I was supporting local businesses
    My book was one called - 'Transition Towns' its all about the switching our dependance from oil and being totally self reliant - sorry if I put you to sleep!

    Morning all hope you are all good today - OH still sleeping as is DS - tut tut they have work to do!!

    I've been reading up on the transition towns stuff lately, I am all for sustainble communities -I'm doing my own little bit trying to be as self sufficientish as possible. :p

    Re the blanket - do you want me to get my oldies to make one as a project?
    We have quite a few knitters/crocheters here and they all have odds and ends of wool to use up. I'll see if they are interested in putting one together.
    Might be some intersting colour combinations though:D

    I'm still kicking myself over the free body shop lotion I didn't collect yesterday :mad: - wonder if I'll ever get over it? lol

    Today's list:

    - post here to keep me on track
    - enter at least 10 comps
    - NSD (hopefully)
    - wii fit for free exercise
    - check freebies board
    - dry (most) washing on airer
    - photograph loads of stuff for ebaying this week (half term so off work :D )
    - check net and local rag for free/cheap activities for this week
    - inform ou I'm dropping out of course and sign up to start in Oct so I can concentrate on work course - ou course was funded but work have paid almost a grand so I owe it to them to complete and I'm so far behind with both I need to drop one :o
    - actually do some of work course (someone please nag me about this on a regular basis!!)
    - storecupboard meals (should be interesting :o )
    - received email confirming pinecone membership - roll on the surverys :j
    - read stack of papers and not buy any more til they're gone!
    - look for cds/books/dvds to list on play or amazon

    Hi everyone

    -left over lasagne for lunch today
    -heating not turned on yet!have dressing gown on!
    -had porridge for breakfast so still not hungry
    -doing dissertation this afternoon, hopefully finish all the draft writing
    -saved my boyf buying new headphones by giving him some old over the head ones
    -boyf at work so tv/xbox off
    -won 60p on scratchcards
    -done dooyoo review doing ratings
    -doing an hour of slice the pie and thats it!
    -quidco £1.60 into paypal WOW!

    Afternoon everyone, hope we are all well:beer:

    Agree with everyone else on here, pipsmum, he's adorable! Such a handsome little man!:D

    Today I've got to do
    • HM Beef Casserole for tea, not starting it til late as OH is watching football later on and it'll give me something to do while he's watching it
    • Reading papers online, resisted temptation to buy one even though I've had to pop to the shop for milk this morning
    • Change into bags to go to the bank sometime next week
    • Using NHS Direct and possibly mummy (she's a nurse)to find out whats up with me to save going to the doctors, I feel real lousy at the mo
    • Watch another couple of episodes of CSI on the DVD later
    • Play my old game on the PC
    • Plan what I'm doing with my money I'm getting on Wednesday - re rent arrears, council tax, etc etc

    Hiya - what course are you doing? I work in a school too (I'm a TA) and I'm doing nvq3 at the moment, but have no motivation at all and am about to apply for the Foundation degree in Education Studies for September, so must finish this darn NVQ! I've done OU courses too, but they fell by the wayside when I started the TA NVQs.
    Go on.....go and do some work!!!;)
    I really need to sort out a new signature!
