Happy Valentines Day everyone
DH and I have exchanged gifts and cards...we've had more fun this year setting low and frugal budgets than we've had in the past blowing silly amounts of cash! We're staying in tonight too, snuggling in front of the tv watching something romantic on DVD (one we already own) is a cheap night hey?!
Today I have...
- Laundry - one quick wash at 30 and will put the whites on overnight
- Dry clothes around the house
- Store cupboard brekkie
- Yesterdays leftover pasta for lunch
- Whoopsied fishermans pie for dinner
- Free scratchcards and daily clicks
- Checked out the freebies board
- Listened to music on lastfm
- Free brain training

Hey everyone, here's my list for today.
1) Scratch x 10p
2) Postie didn't bring me any cards, but he did bring me a large packet of free dishwasher tablets. Far more useful than a card!
3) Got some cleaning bits and lunchbox treats for Poundland.
4) Responded to an enquiry about one of my Gumtree ads.
5) Had storecupboard and freezer meals.
6) Went to town and to beach, and parked a little way away from both to avoid paying for parking.
7) Had a lovely free afternoon walking and playing in the park, and on the pier and beach. It has been very bright and sunny today, and you could see for miles.Definitely a day that I feel so lucky to live somewhere so beautiful.
MrsA and andan - I've had one anonymous Valentine in my time, and the message in it was filthy! My BF at the time swore blind it wasn't from him, so for several months I eyed up every bloke I knew and wondered if he was the pervert who sent it. I still don't know who did.
We will celebrate V Day tonight with a Chocolate Cake I bought the other night from Tesco for the grand sum of £1.64. Not quite a surprise weekend in Rome but it'll have to do I suppose!0 -

Not many small dfw things are gonna get done this weekend coz of working all day on both days, but I found out I'm getting some poems published again, woo, it all helps on getting my name out there......someday I will be able to live off my writing, someday before I'm 50, I hope. Not an expert, but I try and contribute and I'll always listen.
