Hopefully I will have another good day
Yesterday worked out better than planned OH suggested that we recycle my old mobile and then managed to find 4 old phones, so we have filled in the form and waiting for the bag - Worth £13.70
Collected free Body shop gift from telegraph.
Today hopefully a NSD
Use Gym membership
Store cupboard lunch and dinner

- Trip to local park with kids (free day out!)

, only just caught up on some of yesterday's posts - oldies had a valentines party last night so was busy with that till nearly 1 am. Did end up with lots of leftover cooked chicken portions though so won't have to do much cooking today;)
Pipsmum - love the little guy in his rugby shirt
Think it will be a quiet day ahead here.
My list for today:- check online banking
- update spreadsheets
- make a loaf in breadmaker
- make some flapjacks for DD
- laundry hokey cokey for OH
- bit of ironing for me
- visit parents
- maybe trip to pound shop for hanging baskets ans brackets for gardening project
- find creative ways to use up the chicken from party
- give car a quick clean whilst at parents- DD has half of stables in there:rolleyes:
- plant some seeds
- swim and jacuzzi later to use gym membership
- sparkle - purple/blue stripey socks today

I think it must have been Pip that made sure Wales won :rotfl:. People will start sendng you England shirts PM!
- Off to see DS in his own rugby shirt later this am , important cup game. (6 pairs of socks - some sparkly!)
- Lunch and tea from left overs/ storecupboard.
- Want OH to help me move some shelves but that will have to wait until celebratory hangover subsides ( his not mine I hasten to add!)
- Did lots of money moving last night from pot to pot so know where we stand for the month - petrol money in and more to claim :j ( Done your expenses yet SM?:rotfl:)
- Continue with never ending hokey cokey
- Look at garden and consider a bit of digging!
- Tidy away work stuff so it doesn't stare at me whilst I'm on leave this week
- Consider booking 1p bowling for DSs ( but you have to start between 9 and 9:30am:eek:)

Well after the rubbish day yesterday (nothing to do with being Valentine's day I must add...!) I'm going to have a good day today:DEldest dd still in bed, youngest playing on wii. I'm all showered and dressed, which is a miracle at this time on a sunday:rolleyes:
Anyway...here's today's plan (a lot carried over from yest no doubt:o )- Scratchcards 2 x 10p and 25p TAB
- Check banking...no change as didn't go out yesterday:T
- Write meal plan for next week
- Shopping list
- Tidy up
- Clean bathroom
- Dust/hoover upstairs
- College work
- More washing on - then on airer

Write up shetland work finally and do invoice for work (need to do this today its beeen on my list for a week or longer:o)
Boys to build saw-horse - got the wood sorted yesterday 'recycling' an old half futon. Bolts cos £3.18 - down to the last of the wood (gulp)
Take darwin to garage to get tyres and service on Monday - look out his 'book' the manual thing haynes? and also the bits the people did nt put on for his MOT
Need bake something
Looking for one of those crocheted blankets (you know the kind with the squares all multicoloured) thinking stick ad on freecycle - keep trawling the charity shops with no luck. (Blanket is for Darwin to go with his retro look!)

Bought new book yesterday for all of us:eek: in the local book shop - I tell myself I was supporting local businesses
My book was one called - 'Transition Towns' its all about the switching our dependance from oil and being totally self reliant - sorry if I put you to sleep!

* About 3 lots of washing - teenagers wear about 5 changes of clothes a day, I swear!!!
* Let OH take small car to take step-kids home this afternoon - uses less fuel.
* Storecupboard lunch and tea
* Work out meal-plan for week
* Do Paul McKenna CD and read bit of book
* Cut Piglets and Hubbys hair -saves on hairdresser costs (don't worry, no bowl involved....have clippers!!)
* Start using Change4life wallchart!
* DO some cleaning using up oddments of cleaning gumph in cupboard
* HOPEFULLY have floor beneath bath fixed today - been leaking so been scared to have a bath!!!!
