    Afternoon All,
Late today. I had a meeting with the svhool burser and personnel this morning. Basically, we are going down the medical retirement route. Got to see Occ Health on March 5th, for them to decide yeah or ney. PPersonnel think they'll agree though, (he's going to recommend it) Didn't think I'd be written off at 50, but there we are.:o Sometimes life does that to you.

Had two fslls yesterday. Really hurt my knee in one. Grazed and bruised all over.
    Feeling sorry for myself now.:o
    Anyway, enough of my woes....

    N9eav Congrats to the missus:T :T

Msd Trisran will be in touch. ((((((((((HUGS))))))))

    Have a good day.

    Congratulations to Rmac.:j

Mudgekin good on ya, well done for telling SIL to wait for an invite!

Sybil I like bananana loaf (un-subtle hint). And I meant to ask, how does Little Bear feel about a virtual pet? He’s got lots of virtual relatives, but I bet he hasn’t got a virtual Wolf yet.

Linz I’m sorry your meds are making you feel ill. If it’s any help, I had this when they altered my meds, but it settled down after a couple of weeks. Maybe that’s how it’ll be for you. If not, maybe a wee trip to the Doctor is indicated?

Hilstep OUCH! Falls are horrible – I hope you’re feeling a bit better now.

Mrs Tittlemouse OUCH also! That’s exactly why I leave anything that requires a knife to Mr LW.

I'm feeling a bit rough today :(- had a really unpleasant nightmare last night that has left me quite shaken, and I have a blinding headache, so not much is getting done today. Might try for some cross stitch later. Mr LW has offered to do egg'n'chips for dins though, so I don't have to worry about that.

((((HUGS)))) to all who want/need one today.

I have just typed a long message and itsgone into the ether..........

Got OH out for a walk this morning, then went down to the shop to make enquiries about the cooker, no go, the chap said he would loose money if he sold it for the same price as the internet was offering, so I ordered if from Electricals 123 £284.55 for a double oven (fan in main oven) ceramic hob cooker, :j :j not bad.......It will be delivered on Thursday, they will let me know the night before the time frame, they give you a 3 hour delivery slot.....and delivery is free except on Saturday when they charge extra.:D

Went to Tesco for a top up shop we seems to have used 7 litres of milk in 2 weeks.........also called at the library to collect 6 books for OH.

OH seems ok today, just drove me mad yesterday............I will be so glad when we get some answers...........

The sun is quite bright and warm, mind you its cold in the wind.......most of the snow has gone, although it is still around especially where the sun does not reach

  • Lame Wolf - little bear loves the [STRIKE]bear[/STRIKE] dog next door, which is bigger than some Shetland ponies. I am confident he would love to get close to a virtual wolf, and he is very gentle, so he would even be kind to your paws! So have a virtual, paint covered hug from little bear. He still doesn't do kisses, but he loves cuddles.

Doesn't poster paint go a long way? Little bear has done some painting, a lot of it ended up on the paper as well. I am still not exactly sure why washing the paint brushes afterwards was traumatic, possibly because he was trying to brush his teeth at the same time. He has had one nap, but showing signs of needing another.

I am very upset I haven't taken him out - it's like I am back at the beginning. It just seems completely impossible to me, which I know is ridiculous. So, I shall just keep going. I shall see if on the way to see houses dear heart will stop off somewhere we can feed ducks or something tomorrow and take it from there. Perhaps even tomorrow just a walk to the end of the street tomorrow morning.

Hugs to all and thank you for 'listening'. At the moment I feel very upset about failing little bear, by not taking him out, but I am sure that I will get back on to it. I really appreciate all the suggestions about what we can do - I think a nature table is a great idea, Meanmarie, and it will be lovely for him.

Bit late popping in today. I had to visit my uncle and parents today and then i went to B and Q to use some vouchers i had been saving up, so i bought loads of paint and stuff and it came to £173. Fortunately i only had to put £13 to it. I haven;t decorated for about 10 years though, so it has been a long while coming. I probably won;t be doing it anytime soon though, but at least i have it. DD got home from college, took a look at the purple paint i bought for her room and said she wasn't much for it but that it would 'grow on her'. I'm not taking it back so tough.

I've got a hm pizza in the oven, one i made the other day and then froze. The kids are off school/college all next week so i might get a few 'lie ins' next week all being well. I think only got about 3 hours last night.

Well, hope you are all doing okay and that you all have a great weekend!

  • Good evening!

I finished work today for a week off for half-term. What a relief. The extra day at work is taking some getting used to. I had to have a wee nap this afternoon before I picked up youngest from school.

I have some ironing to finish up this evening. I am cooking bbq beef in the SC for our dinner tomorrow night. We are having sausage & mash with roast veg tonight.
