I have a tape of them on rogue traders and the ;expert; who was an roofer, did not say ot was a waste, his exact word are " there is nothing wrong with the coating itself, it hasbben around for years, gthe prolem is the fitters and the way it is sold".:A

idiot springs to mind aquashield guarantee there work which is insurance backed 4 10 years 2.5k or 5k with local bob the builder who's guarantee is not worth the paper its written on

the guy on rogue traders was a roofer say no more 100s of roofers coming to work for aquashield as they can guarantee them work as this is in no doubt a cheaper alternative to a new roof know which one im having

I/we are not staying in this house for 50 years lifespan of a new roof, so as a cosmetic treatment that does what it says on the tin...... 50-50 choice.

just had guy from aquashield round, don't quite know how it came about, but there you go. phone call this afternoon to check that 'man of house' would be there as well, i told them that it was my house so it would be me or no one (i am a pensioner, they must have thought their luck was in) when he came(funny, he didn't look like a builder to me) i said right, all i want from you is ...measure the roof and send me a quote-easy. but he came in -had to tell me about it-part of his contract!!!.so i said- not part of mine matey, so measure and quote or OUT. my house -my rules. so he went, thinking i was barmy. load of tosh what he was saying anyway. lucky me by the sound of it.glad i looked at all your messages 30 mins. before he came. thank you,thank you ,thank you!!!!!

I am also considering using this company - they say that 67,000 properties have been treated in the Uk so there must be lots of evidence as to quality and customer satisfaction
