I was taken on by them and i paid the balance off every month and then i applied for a main s card and got it. Only use V if you need to and make sure you pay it off each and every month. Don't go buying expensive tv's with it! Only use it for small items such as fuel and things you can pay off straight away.

Well - statement number four and my Credit has been increased!!!!!

I am now the proud owner of a Vanquis card with a silly high rate of interest (that I have yet not paid a penny in,) but now I have a limit of £500!!!! :T:T:T

(and on my birthday too!!!! lol)

I got a card with a £500 limit and have just had my 3rd statement. What can I expect my limit to be increased to on the 4th? (I have behaved!)

I went other my credit limit Only need to pay £30 so not bad. My limit is only £250

Normally after £500 it is £1250
