Called them, got diverted to another person who didn't have the information, said appropriate team musn't be in at the moment (I'm assuming the PPI sales team) and that I could try again in the morning or wait for them to call me again.0

Try Aqua as well.0 -
They called me back on my way into work this morning, I have been accepted
And so I start on the ladder to repairing the damage I stupidly did over the last few years!0 -

Any potential problems trying to cancel it?
Thanks in advance
Anyone? I want to be informed before I ring them...................."You can measure a man's character by the choices he makes under pressure"Sir Winston Churchill0 -
Well it's been 25 days since I applied, and I've heard nothing!
Do I ring them and ask what's happening, or take it I've been declined?
Cheers0 -
Wondering if someone who has applied recently can help me out.
I applied over the weekend and had a missed call on my mobile at 8.30 this morning. No message left or anything. If the same happened to you did they call you in the evening?
Also, is getting a call so quickly after application a good sign?
I had applied online and got a call on my landine the following morning, i think the call came from an 0800 number? Quite possible it was your call back and to clarify0 -
Just received my 4th increase from Vanquis in the last 12 months, now up to £2500.
It went £250, £500, £1500, £2500 - increases every 4 months.
Have to say, I know that Vanquis get a bad rep due to APR etc, but really for someone like me with my previous rating I couldn't expect anything more.
Also, their Gold customer service agents have always been bob on with me, no problems with their service whatsoever.Next : £615/£1500 // JD Williams : £23.40/£450 // Vanquis : £190/£250 // Cap1 ?
Jacamo : £0/£1500 -
