My replacements arrived at 10.32 this morning.
Not bad turn around considering that they couldnot do anythying else for me on Thurs except vouchers! ::)
Not too impressed with the replacement goods, but not sure sending them back after all that hassle would be worth while.

Same here but I'm not expecting anymore ;D
But I did get a £5 voucher in another mail because they couldn't get a £2.30 roll of gift wrap delivered. Not bad is it?0 -

HELP!
My kids drew on my Boots receipt with the £5.00 voucher code on, and my wife has thrown it away. I assume it is the same code but only available to those accounts who didn't get the Hampers etc.
I know it was something like EEFK, but I can't remeber exactly. Could someone maybe list the code or PM me if they don't feel comfartable making it public ???0 -
Rattla, it might be this one:
I would like to offer you the promotional code of CCAA66, which will give you a discount of £5 when you spend £10 or more on one future order placed on boots.com. This code is
valid until the end of 30/01/05.
Im gonna try customer services again tomorrow, to see if they up the compensation, still think its rather measerly for the trouble they've caused me, and it seems others >:(...the north will rise again...0 -
I got the same voucher code too.0

Thanks for that (Not sure where I got EEFK from!! LOL ;D) At least I don't feel quite as bad about missing the baskets now! At least I wasn't relying on then for Christmas presents!0
