14/25 I'm quite surprised at that!0

I wish to query the wording of question 24 as it's not that clear as well as stress that if you can put £3.600.00/year in your ISA, if you have deposited £2,600.00, taken out £1,000.00 = £1,600.00 left in account so you should be able to top up with £2,000.00... or have I missed something somewhere ?0

You can only total £3600 in deposits in one tax year regardless of the amount you withdraw.0 -
Advice to keep the tank half filled is indeed a daft moneysaving tip. I don't buy into that. 30 litres of petrol weigh approximately 21kg, means 21kg on the axle load (ignore the effect of speed & mass ratio).
If the tip is intended to reduce the torque on the engine, solo-driving without any passenger (weighing 60Kg average) should save more money than keeping the tank half filled!!. Even if we ignore the environment impact totally.
Could we please remove that tip, it doesn’t look right, or is it just me?0 -

Hmm... The question that Says "Which is cheapest for a TEN minuet call" where the 18185 option is stated as the cheapest, but as the standard BT package gives you free 0870 calls on Saturday & Sunday, could that not technically be the most correct answer depending on the day in question?

(Yes, It's all just excuses for only scoring 11/25 :rotfl:)0 -
A rather unimpressive 15/25... clearly I don't spend enough time on here.
Thats the same as mine. Thats impressive not unimpressive! It's 1 mark away from being officially classed as "impressive" infact. Given that the questions are very hard and aimed at the experts anyway. Only those who think they're good are likely to take it so its a "best of the best" test really. Many of the questions involved complex maths and things i've never even known martin discuss in detail before!0 -

Standard BT package is not an issue, as the answer "calling an 0870 number during the daytime from a BT standard landline" ONLY refers to the landline, NOT the package your on; I'd say that everyone has "a BT standard landline" - the only thing not standard would be the call package your on.

Feeling quite proud of my 17/25 and 172 IQ!
37763 people have taken the quiz
1% scored more than you
0.2% scored the same as you
98.8% scored less than you
I don't understand why, though, some other people getting the same score have a lower IQ score. Maybe I am not so intelligent after all! Finally I'm an OAP and can travel free (in London at least!).0 -
11/25. Not fair! I'm dyscalc and all the maths questions confuddled me somewhat. *cries* If I'd had time to make a spreadsheet up, I'd have done better.
