this deal is available through Orange!
just telephone through to customer services
ask for extension 60618
then ask for Lynne in team 140
I believe it is now being advertised at £9.79pm
maybe this is with the vat ... not sure!!!
Many thanks for your reply Medicinewoman.
I had sent you a pm before reading your above reply.
I rang from my Orange mobile 150 to Orange. They asked me where I got this info from. I gave the link and AFTER reading it I was told there is no such deal.
Can you get extension 60618 direct? Is there any direct way to contact them?
Sorry for taking up your time.0 -
The 3 deal works well for me. I ordered one each for my wife and me. First month we used up mix and match 100 mins txts quickly, but that was just novelty value as we are low volume users normally. But we also get 300 3 to 3 minutes to speak to each other, free Skype and MSN messenger use (no data usage charges). Also, when I signed up, I used the on-line live help. The help desk asked was I going to sign up there and then, and I replied I was - and they said if I did, they would me a £20 accessory voucher. I then said I was going to do two contracts, as above, and they advised me to do them seperately and they would send me a £20 accessory voucher for each contract. They did! £40 to spemd at the three accessory store! At the checkout, the contract price was actually £8.81 per month (VAT reduction??). Nice phone (Sony E G502) so all in all in all , very pleased.0

hello again Cobra
I have just been through to Orange!
apparantly this is a loyalty deal
Racoon plan with a 20% websave and loyalty discount
plus a 10% line rental discount
bringing the total to £8.50 pm
(I dialled 1-4-3 at the prompts)
but the Lady named Lynne is now off until Sunday 8.30 am -8.30 pm
extension 60618 team 140
maybe it would be best to wait until then..?
I have asked Orange to send me the detailed breakdown information by post
when I receive that info' I shall post the message.0 -

I just telephoned the Orange custmomer services:
extension: 60618
team: 140 a nice lady named 'Lynne'
go for it!!!
Wouldn't match the deal for meso i guess it's virgin. I've sat down and compared with Tesco PAYG and it still works out better even before you consider that virgin don't charge for voice mail
Kind Regards
Maz

I have just taken out a mobile 'phone contract with 'Orange'
it is for an 18 month contract.
this includes a Nokia 6500 slide phone in Silver (or a Samsung Flip in Purple)
300 x network minutes at any time
100 texts
Free UK landline calls during Off Peak Periods
plus 30 minutes Free Video messaging for the first 3 months
an Extra 30 texts per month from the Orange website
surely this tops the 'Virgin' deal ..!
shame its not available to new customers & only available to selected Orange customers0 -

Thanks
yes, you would need to get a PAC from your existing company & then give it virgin. The port would take place 2 working days after giving PAC to virgin0 -
How's their coverage? I'm in Northern Ireland but travel all over the UK, Ireland and abroad.

I like the sound of this deal, but I've only just treated myself to a new phone! Got £20 off with my Virgin 'rewards'.
I'm not sure whether I'd save money from this type of contract though. If I gave it a go and, after a few months, decided it wasn't worth it and cancelled, would I have to send the phone back?0 -
