I have tried to contact these conmen by using Royal Mail Special Delvery and also Parcelforce ( when the post strike was on ), but they are not accepting mail.
They have a small office in a multi occupier building in Central London.
I have reported them to the OFT.

Having problems calling out today; not enough credit even though the package signed up for is for Unlimited Calls.
Called 'something' and they said there was a network technical 'glitch' and promised to fix it... for the 10th time. Also, tried to call 999 at the weekend, 3 times and couldn't connect.
Have tried today to switch suppliers but we don't have an active line anymore so need to contact 'something' and to get them to reactivate it.
This is not my system, I'm just trying to help someone who got conned in to thinking 'something' represented Sky and could offer a better deal.
Don't touch them.0 -

well, if you can't be arsed to do a Google search for other comments on these companies, and their enduring reputation for flagrant violation of TPS rules, you'll never know
this headline appears in a national newspaper in the last few days, Sky viewers left in the lurch after Satellite Direct UK collapses, and the article goes on to metion debts of multi-millions including £4.6M tax, and that the phones are now answered in the name of another company in the same group, and the same director0 -
I am not another company trying to slag 'something' off, just trying to help an elderly couple who didn't understand what they are getting in to. Did a google search and there is a lot of negative comments about 'something' out there as well as 2 other treads on this site.0

This company 'Something Corp' applied a direct debit to my account today. They are a filing company that quote 'process direct debits for companies by sending the direct debits to the bank'. They are connected to Satcover Ltd.
I used to have an agreement with Satcover Ltd after they claimed they were part of Sky but they came out twice & supplied faulty equipment so I tried to cancel the agreement. I have now been trying to cancel my agreement with Satcover Ltd for 10 months as they also took £50 out of my account without my permission. Since my first request to cancel my agreement, they have attempted to set up 5 direct debits but I was able to cancel within 1 day of them appearing on my account.
Today, I noticed a direct debit for 'Something Corp'. I did not recognise it so I called my bank & they gave me the following info about this company.....
Doumetric Something Corporation - Tel. 01709448374
I called this number & got the info about the processing of direct debits.
I then called Satcover Ltd & have finally successfully cancelled the agreement when I mentioned that the bank have now put this in the hands of their fraud department & the Police may have to get involved. Satcover Ltd told me today that the Something Corporation own lots of sub companies such as Satcover Ltd. Satcover cancelled my agreement on the basis that I was 'Mis-sold'.
My advice to all of you...... AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE0 -
rhsm99, Something Corp are owned by the same people at Satcover and the recently deceased Satellite Direct UK Ltd which has gone down owing about 26 million. According to my google searching, Documetric are just a company that processes Direct Debits for different companies. They are probably responsible for taking your money although it was on the say-so of Something Corp. They should be more careful who they get associated with. Did you not get a letter from either of them to tell you about the new Direct Debit? It's in the rules that you should (ha-ha). What exactly does it say on your bank statement? Does it just say 'Something Corp' or does it have the name of 'Documetric' on there too?0

Hmm. That telephone number is on Satellite Directs website as the number for Satellite Direct. Who are in administration and have numerous complaints against them (including on this forum) for direct debit fraud. If you don't get any luck there, I would still call Documetric. The buck must surely stop with them.0
