If they're pure linen, wash and put them out in full sunshine.
However, there's a risk of shrinkage so use a cool/barely warm wash and gently pull them back into shape. Shinkage is still a risk though.Warning ..... I'm a peri-menopausal axe-wielding maniac0 -

If the curry had tumeric in it then you have had it. Tumeric can be used to dye clothes.0

Vanish in the soap form is good. Leave it for an hour before washing.

Have you tried Dr Beckmans? curry stain remover. I bought it from Home Bargains - brill shop.
It worked on some grease stains but I never tried it on curry yet.0 -
The main source of the colour is the turmeric. Bongedone is right that it is used as a clothes dye, but ... it isn't fast in sunlight. Therefore DFC is also right.
Repeated washings and exposure to sunlight should eventually do the trick.The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life.0 -

A word about washing Linen never put it in a tumble dryer it comes out looking like ragsBlessed are the cracked for they are the ones that let in the light

I would agree with hanging them in strong sunlight. This miraculously cured a tomato sauce stain on my cream t-shirt.
If not, dye them black. Linen takes dye very well - apart from the stitching.0
