Rachie - you could use a tin of tomatoes over your pasta - maybe blen them up to make it smoother?
You can fry your onions in fry light - its free. You could probably steam the pak choi
Boiled rice for brekkie :rotfl: this made me laugh - what about wholemeal toast - you are allowed 2 slices as a healthy extra - or what about 2 weetabix - they are also a healthy B extra - or oats so simple - as far as I can remember its free on green

I didnt eat brekkie til about 11am so it wasnt too bad! LOL!

I think my problem is that I have no books here, only the website and I'm not really sure what I am doing and am just muddling my way thru - I will get there & this lunch is delicious! I ended up with a kind of mushy vegetable sauce (broccoli, carrots, green beans, onion, corgette, cauliflower & pak choi) and added some garlic power and a splash of soya sauce and voila!

I didnt realise that fry light thing was free!! That will make life easier as I saw on the site that Tofu was also free but was wondering how to cook it without a splash of oil!

I don't drink milk but I have soya milk here so guess I could have had oats for brekkie - I will know for next time ey!! LOL!!

What is Healthy B extra?? I think I need a book cos I dont even really know what the difference between a green day and a red day! LOL!!

    thanks for the help honey!

Green day is when potatoes, rice, pasta, quorn and all veg are "free"

Red day is when fish, meat, quorn are "free" with most veg and fruit being free as well.

You are allowed 2 healthy a extras of milk or cheese

    I b extra

    1 c extra

These can be meat or fish on a green day or rice, potatoes, pasta etc on a red day.

You can buy a Slimming World mag for about £2 in the newsagent if you want to read up on the basics.

Feel free to p.m. me if I can help.

most of them are free LL - the ones with cake pieces have syns - although very little. The lemon cheesecake one (lush!) has 1/2 syn, the toffee apple pie has 1syn as does the cherry bakewell. They are great aren't they.
I love this - crushed digestive biscuit, place at bottom of glass - top with chopped banana and cover with toffee muller light (free). Leave to set in fridge. The only syns are in the digestive biscuit - about 3 I think. You can make all sorts of tasty things with free muller lights!
