Hi all
what an inspiration this thread is to everyone. I'm thinking of joining tesco's ediets. can anyone recommend. I need also to try and cut out wheat and dairy as I have ultrasive colitus and Ibs. so I thought the tesco's e diets might be the best place to start as I don't have a clue about substituting and this would do it all for me. I've tried sw last year. not enough treats. Rosemary connaly, ww till a couple of weeks ago. I have only about a stone to lose and it's mainly for my health that I want to lose it. so if anyone with the same health problems has any advice I would love to hear from you.
with thanks.HOW MUCH ?0 -
a friend of mine tried the tesco one and said it was rubbish as it was all carb based, could be different for you though?I haven't got one!0

They seem to have a long list of diets like gi. atkins. low fat. not dairy. gluten free etc so there is quite a bit to choose from. and if I use my club card points I'll save quite a bit of money.HOW MUCH ?0
