  • Hi all
what an inspiration this thread is to everyone. I'm thinking of joining tesco's ediets. can anyone recommend. I need also to try and cut out wheat and dairy as I have ultrasive colitus and Ibs. so I thought the tesco's e diets might be the best place to start as I don't have a clue about substituting and this would do it all for me. I've tried sw last year. not enough treats. Rosemary connaly, ww till a couple of weeks ago. I have only about a stone to lose and it's mainly for my health that I want to lose it. so if anyone with the same health problems has any advice I would love to hear from you.

    with thanks.

a friend of mine tried the tesco one and said it was rubbish as it was all carb based, could be different for you though?

  • They seem to have a long list of diets like gi. atkins. low fat. not dairy. gluten free etc so there is quite a bit to choose from. and if I use my club card points I'll save quite a bit of money.
    HOW MUCH ?
