If everyone who has viewed it has opened 3 accounts, Halifax is dishing out £7,692,480.00 a year, and if half of us add our other halves to that equation, it is a mere £11,538,720.00 a year!

Does any one know if they are still offering £30 incentive for having a financial savings review? If I open a 12 month fixed rate web saver @ 3.4% with £500, and add the £5's from these accounts, I will end up with £700.10 plus the £30 less tax. :T

Someone told me that Halifax have been offering an extra £50 incentive if you open in branch and switch across standing orders from elsewhere.... can anyone confirm this?

Same as me as well. £5 in this morning.
Also number of views on this thread doesnt mean they are unique views. People view multiple times. However, i agree that Halifax is shelling out a lot of £5 a month for this accounts.

Another observation, i have tried to increas my O/D online from the £100 given. Just trying...dont really need it but the response was: my account is a specialist account hence i have to call some 08457 number.
Anyone know what this means?
