I have now paid my dad for my car.
Off to see We Will Rock You on Wednesday night and The Backstreet Boys next Saturday, gonna be great.
I also got my tickets for The Twilight Saga - New Moon for the opening day in the cinema
~ I did get some good information from someone this week but at the moment I am not allowed to divulge details of it, when I get the all clear I will tell you all, all about it

Way back in September I posted the above
I have now been given the go ahead to tell anyone who will listen :P - I'M GOING TO BE AN AUNTIE!!!!!! :j:j:j:j:j

Payday update!!
Added another £432.50 to my savings this month taking me over the £5K saved since February :j
I have booked tickets for 2 more gigs next year - The Lostprophets in Februaury and Pink in June
very very excited!!
I have pretty much done all my Christmas shopping, was in Stirling at the weekend with my mum and sister in law and I bought the 1st pressies for my Niece/Nephew :T
I am looking at replacing my car next spring, as it is beginning to cost me more and more to fix when something goes wrong, but I am in a bit of a dillema, do I...........
1. Use my house savings and buy a car to that value and start saving for a house all over again?
or
2. Put down a deposit and trade in with my car and the take a loan out for the rest (loan would be taken out by my dad as it will be cheaper than the garage finance) ?
Thats all for now

Happy New Year everyone!! :j:j
Welcome to those new readers of my little ramblings
Since my last post I have started The Vistual Sealed Pot Challenge 2010 here .
Christmas has also come and gone. I made Gingerbread as presents this year as well as Shortbread and Fudge that went down so well last year, my friends in Coventry are big Shortbread fans so I know they always look forward to their parcel arriving!
I was spoilt rotten again this year, I got my DAB digital radio/alarm clock ipod dock. A wonderful digital photoframe, Take That DVD and Live CD, lots of sweets (The scales at fat club are going to hate me next week!!) Smellies and a gorgreous necklace to name a few things.
I cleared out my Virtual Sealed Pot (VSP) internet saving account and used it to pay for all my Christmas prestents for 2010!! Only need to buy for my family now. I have bought a few more little things for my baby Niece/Nephew including a Very Hungry Caterpillar 1st toothbrush set and a blossom farm soft building blocks set. I have saved so much money buying presents for 2010 that I am hoping to avoid paying the full price for any presents in the year ahead.
I am planning to start making cards this year - something I have always thought about doing but have never given a go other than with the kids at work. I have so far made a card for my gran's 90th birthday later in the year and a Christmas card to see what they looked like. Will post a pic of them when I get a chance.
I also intend to give Snowman soup and Pots of Gold as Christmas presents in 2010 and have started to prepare for these as well.
2010 is the year I finally get my backend into gear and am more organised in my life and at work!!

Now I know what they are Palmela - thanks for that. I really like the idea of these pots of gold - they seem a lovely thoughtful gift - will need to try and remember about them for next year. Thanks for that.
