And thats good enough is it?
That a seller is allowed to lie and deceive on a regular basis and still be allowed to operate on ebay.
Attempting to fraud the Buyer by sending false POD in an attempt to steal money?
You not the Seller are you? You seem pretty defensive throughout this post about them.
You think I gonna stop at a few posts on here to deal with this? Think again!
Ignore him, he's just one of lifes bitter losers.Terms & Conditions Apply0 -

The 1000s of positive feedbacks is a clue here.

No, it wasn't a mix up, Paypal checked with them again for the Royal Mail Track and Trace number and he gave it again, same as before.
I was polite to him on the phone, he was rude, and when I asked if he intended on giving me a refund he put the phone down on me, now if he valued his customers he wouldn't do that and as he couldn't answer the questions I asked I think he had something to hide.
I asked him what address he had sent the goods to, he told ME to tell him my address....I said not a chance, he would have just agreed that was where the goods were sent.
Ok, being a Powerseller means he does sell a lot of goods and yes he's going to get a few neg/neutral feedback remarks, but for all the negs to be for the same reason, then this guy obviously isn't very honest.0 -
90 neg feedbacks today, now dropped to 98% positive, lets hope he gets struck off.....he runs a market stall too, at least this way you get to meet the idiot face to face0

Today I have received an unpaid item strike over the fiasco?????
!!!!!!??
So you purchase an item and pay immediatley....
Dont receive it after 3 weeks with 1st class postage paid for....
Have no contact from seller whatsoever despite send 4 polite emails....
Get refunded via paypal....
Then get punished for nothing
Ive totally had enough of Ebay now. If its not there ever increasing greed from listing fees and FVFs they also protect the scum on there to the very last.
Brooker Dave.....Before you bother with your Seller suck a rse response.....
Dont!!Peace will come to me0 -

They've had a load of pos today, no negs.
As of this morning it was 90 neg, he sent me an e-mail telling me to retract my neg feedback, reading through e-bays T&C it clearly states the following, I have now reported him to e-bay.
Sellers also may not demand that buyers withdraw existing Feedback or Detailed Seller Ratings. These prohibitions apply to all Feedback activity, whether prior to, during, or after delivery of goods or services described in the original listing.
