Power Seller - Compulsive Liar

I purchased a Dog Grooming brush from Ebay Power Seller Mega-Pet-City over 3 weeks ago. After 2 weeks of non receipt of the item or no reply to several emails I placed a paypal dispute which was cleared up in a matter of days and my money refunded yesterday.
On the paypal dispute they claim it was delivered but returned as it wasnt collected and refunded the payment.
Ive never left negative feedback before but felt the ignorance and poor service merrited it on this occasion so I put that they never responded to emails and in the end I had to chase my payment back via Paypal...
This afternoon I have noticed they have put follow up feedback to the one I written, stating I requested an address change and was abusive and threatening......Which none of is true whatsoever.
Going through there feedback it is obvious they tell lie after lie and have had 80 negatives in the last month alone. Although they still have a 98.1% rating
Its people like this which are making me loathe Ebay more and more everyday.
And just because a seller has Power Seller status......does not make them reliable or honest.

Power sellers will continue to get away with behaviour like this whilst people continue to buy from them. 2324 happy in the last month and 120 not makes it seem they are getting worse at fufilling orders
