But yes, buyers on ebay can be utter scum.
Website buyers seem much more normal, and I hear the same is true of Amazon buyers.Terms & Conditions Apply0 -

There's always a few screamers, there's nothing anyone can do.
The feedback changes don't help.
And don't forget that the diamonds can get feedback removed?"Love you Dave Brooker! x"

As Dave Brooker pointed out his overall stats are not that bad. Anyway, there is no need at all to ban sellers is there? Think about it, as soon as they get a lot of poor feedback surely people would stop buying
If they do buy they do so at their own risk.
It's like seeing a story in the local paper about shoddy goods from a local store and then buying them anyway and then complaining that you got sold shoddy goods. If you buy from a seller with feedback say suggesting his despatch is slow, wouuld you be surprised to have to wait for your goods?I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I'm going through exactly the same problem with this company at the moment, I purchased a dog grooming tool on 25.1.2009, no signs of it, so I politely e-mailed them 4 times, called 4 times and left messages as their shop says 'their friendly staff will return all calls' so I put a dispute in with Paypal, with no response from him, left a neg feedback about his lack of response to calls or e-mail, I finally get an e-mail asking me to retract my neg feedback, but no mention of my goods. I then turned my dispute into a claim, he then sent PP a proof of delivery number with a signature to an address in Weston Super Mare.....I live in Bristol, I finally managed to get through to him yesterday and said I didn't have the goods, he said he had POD so as far as he was concerned I've had the goods and put the phone down on me and Paypal closed the claim as they had POD.
I contacted them again yesterday, explained what had happened and they've re-opened my claim saying after reading his feedback they are backing me 100%
He has 82 negs just this month and if each of the sales were £20 a time then he's raking in the cash without sending the goods.
I'm so angry with myself for not reading the feedback first,0 -
their not raking anything in given PP will refund all buyers0
-
But if he's sending out false POD's....like the one he sent to PP about my goods, then PP aren't refunding all the non-receipts and he's getting away with it.0

The guy is an A1 ashole
Pleased to hear you got your money back too S, but the fool shouldnt be allowed to keep getting away with it.
I think its time his empire was bought down a peg or too or removed permenently.
The more who actually complain to Ebay about his attempts of fraud, then maybe the guy who thinks hes "clever" will get his comeuppance.Peace will come to me0 -

And thats good enough is it?
That a seller is allowed to lie and deceive on a regular basis and still be allowed to operate on ebay.
Attempting to fraud the Buyer by sending false POD in an attempt to steal money?
You not the Seller are you? You seem pretty defensive throughout this post about them.
You think I gonna stop at a few posts on here to deal with this? Think again!Peace will come to me0 -
Booker Dave was a so called powerseller and therefore thinks of buyers like you as scum. In his book it's ok to lie and hide behinds the 1000s of positvie feedback.:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature.
