I just don't think that reporting the seller to the taxman is a good idea along with the other armwaving about them on this thread.

Clearly mistakes happen, and to call all ebays who make mistakes a liar is wrong.

    HTH.

You miss the point as usual.

A report to HMRC would not matter at all would it if they were declaring themselves properly, HMRC will just go, hmm, yes we know they are trading. Obviously any properly set up business selller has nothing to fear at all from people reporting him/her.

Mistakes are mistakes and yes they happen to all of us, downright shoddy and unscrupulous business practice though is something different.

As far as I'm concerned he's a liar, a thief and should be struck off e-bay, better still closed down altogether. If his feedback was 90 neg for 6 months, then even that would be bad, but for 1 month that is awful.

3 times I've asked for the tracking number and each time he's given me the same one, PP have also checked the number twice and each time the same number, 'if' which I doubt very much, it was a genuine mistake, why didn't he just refund my money and I would have left him good feed back for being honest, but it's not a genuine mistake....it's too often for that!

I've learnt my lesson and from now on will check feedback each time before buying from Powersellers, many of them think they are above the rest of us purely because they have this status.

Out of every 100 customers, 98 were happy.

Will you only be happy when all the small ebay sellers have been hounded off leaving just the diamonds?

Diamonds meaning diamond power sellers? Or diamonds meaning brilliant sellers?

I could go for an ebay with only brilliant sellers.

Not got much to contribute to this thread, but that is really not a good way to gain any credibility in a discussion. I would have preferred to say nothing than to say something juvenile.

    Advantage DB...!
