Power Seller - Compulsive Liar

He has now changed his username to mega-pet-city and made his feedback private, although currently he has no items available to purchase.
BD you keep going on about only 2.1% being disappointed, but that is 2.1% that is having their money taken and having to spend the next 2-3 weeks chasing it up, and in some cases being deceipted by the seller in order to defraud money out of them.
It doesnt matter wether hes a Power Seller or not, the basic fact here and what you seem to struggle to get into your thick head is that he shouldnt be allowed to treat paying customers like he does.
If it was a one off then yes hes entitled to the benefit of the doubt, but its clearly not a one off, and he attempts to pull the same stunts day in day out.
All mugs should get there comeuppance......And hopefully this one has!
Recession???....He should have thought of that before messing with people that make a stand;)Peace will come to me0 -
I find it sad how people go to great lenghts to ruin someone who did not give them the service they want. even when they got their money back.
i wonder if the same people would do the same for an offline place even if they didnt get there £4.99 odd back.
Just for your information, he DIDN'T give me my money back, he kept saying he had POD, which he didn't as the Royal Mail number referred to a delivery in Weston Super Mare - I don't live there, and the signature isn't any of ours in this house, if he had I would have left neutral feedback and left it at that, instead he sent a fraudulent proof of delivery.....not once but 4 times! and was really rude to me on the telephone (when I finally got an answer), all I asked was for details of where the package was sent, just in case an error had been made etc. he refused to reply to e-mails, wouldn't answer calls even after leaving polite answer phone messages....now if this doesn't sound like somebody with something to hide I don't know what is.
Would you just let it go if it was your money he had taken without sending the goods? Probably not!
97.7% feedback, now private.....nothing to hide???0 -
Google 6 sigma and PPM.
Defects per million is hardly comparable to raw percentages on 1000's of sales - and yes, I know all about this, and LEAN methodolgy. Although I did apply some DMAIC ideas to an evalution of my own business model last year.Smart_But_Casual wrote: »Only for poor sellers, like yourself, who've been kicked off.
Us excellent sellers continue to prosper.
A bit sweeping that - what about all the dolphins last year, and what about that very high profile PS that was auction-wrecked, lost her account for 6 weeks whilst it was sorted out?
What about all those innocent people who have funds forzen for 21 days, or even 6 months, because of paypal policies?
What about all the helpful tempalted responses from the ever efficient custard support teams?
What about the button pushers having free rein on everything, because T&S are so hit an miss?
ebay is NOT a reliable business partner - for many many reasons.<--- Nothing to see here - move along --->0 -

That's because he can't sell, and I quote:
Important: If you have a private Feedback Profile, you will not be able to sell items on eBay.
So by hiding his poor feedback he's actually made it worse for himself.0 -
So by hiding his poor feedback he's actually made it worse for himself.
maybe not - May well be trading on another account, and leaving that dormant for 12 months, without it actually being suspended by eBay.
In 12 months time, the account with private feedback and x,000 feedback will be resurrected all fresh and at 100%.
Feedback is great isn't it?! So easy to manipulate.<--- Nothing to see here - move along --->0 -
No, he's being investigated this I know for sure.0

By ebay?
They just nuke accounts and move on.
By paypal?
They just freeze the paypal account and months down the line if the seller makes enough fuss and the FSA get involved the seller will get their money back."Love you Dave Brooker! x"

Hi, I have just been ripped off by this guy on ebay but under the name abc-pet-supplies. I have loads of info about him, addresses, phone numbers etc but I live too far away to do anything about it. Leeds City Council are investigating him as on his website he is using one of their market addresses and he has never had the pitch. I have another business postcode for him and a possible residential post code. Should I report it to Leeds Police, would they do anything?0
