Brooker Dave: can't you understand the position I'm in, I've paid for the goods, not received them and he's refusing to refund......how would you feel in the same situation?? Or would you be happy giving away your money??

You'll find many people have Mr Brooker on ignore, that's why many of his posts, despite them being quite confrontational, go unanswered. A good seller would be horrified that you are being treated in this way and I leave people to make their own mind up where that leaves someone like Mr Brooker who seems to think that sellers like this deserve our sympathy.

Personally I would keep on at paypal about this, be persistent get them to understand that the tracking is nonsense. If the seller gets banned as a result then I would see that as a good result.

Sellers as bad as this reflect badly on the rest of us who try and treat our buyers well.

Thanks soolin, the case with PP has been re-opened, I'll take your advise and put BD on ignore, I think he comes on here purely for a fight.

Ok, just had another e-mail from PP saying once again they have closed the claim as they have POD, so after a lengthy call to them, they checked (while we were on the telephone) they have agreed that the goods were not delivered to my address and will refund my money within 24 hours!

We did tell PP that the POD he is telling them is infact fraudulant, as it's not our signature and definitely not delivered even in our County!

At least I have my money back, lets hope that other people don't get caught our by him too, sadly though I'm sure they will :(

BD to me you just seem like a wind up merchant with nothing better to do with your time.

From what ive seen you contribute nothing good to any thread and you just hang round like a bad smell.

Whether me or whoever has been refunded or not, the basic fact here is that the seller in question is being constantly deceitful in order to attempt to cover up his poor service and according to other posters attempting to con them out of money that they have earned and rightfully deserve it back no questions asked.

Threads like this are here for advice and to prevent others from being conned or messed about. Not for some bore to just drone on about the same thing all the time
    Peace will come to me

A good result at last for you

I had my unpaid item strike removed this morning by ebay. Fingers crossed that Paypal & Ebay are opening there eyes to his ways.

I see another lady has a claim in with PP apparently she ordered an item which arrived broken, he gave her the telephone number of the supplier to order herself a replacement! The guy certainly has some neck on him!

I just don't think that reporting the seller to the taxman is a good idea along with the other armwaving about them on this thread.

Clearly mistakes happen, and to call all ebays who make mistakes a liar is wrong.

    HTH.

as a powerseller its down to them to correct/address mistakes
it hasnt been handled well and while its possible to have put the wrong tracking number into a PP dispute it lends more weight to the fact they are unscrupulous
