First off HOW BIG?
A few ways to go with this - first off it depends how 'professional you want it done' and how big the area is - lifting turf is not hard once you get into it - a decent sized 14+ child could do it - do you have any neices/nephews brothers etc you can bribe???
OR - if not really professionally done (ie for immediate laying of a patio etc) then just get anyone to do it - tis not a difficult task nor does it involve lots of skill unless you need the area left completely level. (if you do phone up a local landscaping company and ask for a price)
So if you just want it lifted - you can give it a go yourself if its not a big area - its quick and easy and its not that much hard work.......OR
Try
Ad on freecycle for someone to take away the turf for themselves
Or phone up a local handyman type cuts grassperson - they shouldnt be too busy yet and you might pay upto about 8-10 an hour depending on where you are
Or Stick an ad up in local shop
Or Look in local paper in the local services bit
Or get in touch with local college - if they do an agriculture/horticulutre course they will be able to stick up a notice for youTotal debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.
