Inverness for 36 hours with no car, no bag and no money - doesnt count!!
Who are these naughty islanders you speak off with their very roomy VW campers (expenses paid by work so they can buy more stuff and take it home and squirrel it away)
I promise to sit on the naughty step for a long time when I get back
Oooooh squirrels I will see them too (as they aren't on the shopping list fear not - I wont take one home).Total debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.

HP I measure the bags of free wood a month I get each month - new month - no wood left - its all gone up in smoke:rotfl:as the college is shut for two weeks to mere mortals (not plebs like us phd folk who still have to partake in the ritual of going into college) there won't be any wood for a couple weeks........
Eggs are upto 2 a day - so by the time i have washed them, written the day of the week on them and put them in the basket on the window sill I am exhausted!
Upto 7 - 9 slugs caught each day - in case you wondered.
I'd be more chuffed if you noticed I am only going to try and use £50 for normal grocery shopping this month

Going back to the roadkill discussion - I believe if you hit something, you are not allowed to take it home, but the person in the car behind you can stop and pick it up....something to do with preventing people deliberately running down small furry animals??!! :rotfl:
My DH is a roadside assistance patrol, and has been called to cars that have broken down after hitting something large and furry....he's had to crawl underneath and scrape it off  not pretty!!
And onto socks - cant do stripey, but am wearing ones with pink ladybirds on, does that count?!My top is stripey today, but its a very boring one I wore to work so I wont count that!

Ladybird socks rock - the socks don't have to be stripey - it came out of a conversation with SM about my wearing them to make me feel brave about 6 months agao
The more scary the appointent or meeting the sillier the socks were to give me dutch courage and stick it to the man. So I started adding it to my DFW list - x
And its wonderfully free - x
Yeah i heard that about road kill too - your poor hubby - does he get to take them home?/Total debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.
