Back to your system Richardc for the moment.
Have been going through the manuals, your info and this is what I think.

    1) You need to look at changing the circulation pumps to higher flow rate units. The outward/return flow temps look as though they are getting too high. Ideally, they should be around a 7C delta.
    2) You are trying to operate the system similar to a conventional system, whereas it is meant to be a 24/7 unit.
Smooth the room heating temperatures, as at the moment you are heating to 21C and then dropping them back to 18C for quite a long time. As I said before, go to 19C and adjust from there, or alternatively stay at the 21C and use the TRV valves for the rooms you need at lower temps.

How long are we talking about since you returned to the house?
What are the flow temps out of the unit?
Current temperature since you first post in the house?

Returned yesterday been running 24 hours and is now only on 13 inside.

LWT on tank is 50 if that's what you mean by flow. The radiators are freezing

Without me looking at the manual, you should have a output temperature from the pump with a return temp on the heating circuit to show the current flows.
    e.g. Target temp 50C....... currently 30C.
Looks like it is having to work very hard to bring the house back up to temp.
Is there a additional heat timer activated in the control panel, or are you just operating on the compressor unit?
