Can you give me the return temp after the morning reduction tomorrow, or is it set to all day operation for the weekend? Allow say 4 hrs for the reading. As Manuel says in Fawlty Towers: " I Know Nothing"0

Weekend operation is same as weekday. It's off until 5pm. The pumps are already on the Max flow. Manufacturer has said wrong pumps have been used as not providing a high enough flow. The return flow after 4 hours will have dropped to whatever the temp is in the garage as circulating pumps will turn off after 10 mins.If you found my post helpful, please remember to press the THANKS button! --->0 -
Hi
I'm hoping you can help.
I returned from a trip away I reduced the temperature of my ASHP to 10 degrees for 5 days only.
I have now returned and I cannot get the temperature in the house above 11 despite it being set at 21.
Any help appreciated as house is freezing and no back up set up.
Thanks0 -

That's becsuse of the lower flow temp., tell us make of system and if it's rads or underfloor etc. Heat pump should be left at night set back unless away for months. Your gonna have to adjust the flow temp higher to let the house recover & or use supplementary heaters to help it.If you found my post helpful, please remember to press the THANKS button! --->0 -

It is a Daikin system and uses radiators.
How do I temporarily alter the flow?0 -

How do I temporarily alter the flow?
On the controller there maybe an up down buttons that will increase or decrease the flow temp by 5c in 1c increments usually When you go away for a week or so it's best to leave it on set back rather than 10c as they are efficient when just left running, you will eventually use more electricity to get it back upto 21c than If you had left it at the set back overnight temp as the whole house has to get back upto 21c. Help the system by using other forms of heating if you have them.If you found my post helpful, please remember to press the THANKS button! --->0 -
