Your malwarebytes is out of date go to the update tab and press check for updates. You also need to update your windows, service pack 3 is out now.

Ive not had a look yet, but you can rest assured it doesnt hold any private information that anyone can use. It simply tells us whats running at any given time.

You still have parts of AVG in there. Use the removal tool
    http://www.avg.com/download-tools

You have WINDOWS LIVE ONECARE running. Uninstall it as its cr*p

Your norton looks partially broken to me
Id suggest uninstalling using the tool ~
    http://service1.symantec.com/Support/tsgeninfo.nsf/docid/2005033108162039
Then reinstalling via your disc or the net (Put it on your desktop ready if you need to)

    OR

Install AVIRA anti virus and PCTOOLS firewall instead (As clearly norton isnt working properly, wether thats because parts missing or because its out of date (?) im unsure)

Download AVIRA ANTI VIRUS PERSONAL (Top right)
    http://www.filehippo.com/download_antivir/

Download PC TOOLS FIREWALL (Make sure you click 'DOWNLOAD NOW')
    http://www.download.com/PC-Tools-Firewall-Plus-Free-Edition/3000-10435_4-10625321.html

FIX these using hijack this ~

(I think the aboves 'screensaver is one of the main reasons youve had problems)

Your missing a small part of vista too. Goto WINDOWS UPDATE and update all drivers and software you can (Click for 'custom' installations)
