see with the samsung series 7 3d teevisions, do you need to buy anything else apart from the 3d glasses and the tv for the 3d to work? just was reading up on 3d tv and 3d ready tv's might be picking it up wrong though,

You will need a 3D BluRay player & 3D movie. $ky have a 3D channel at a cost. I would like 3D in my house but at the moment it seems to be a waste of money & I will never subscribe to $ky again.
    Nice to save.

£649, free delivery and the aftersales service from John Lewis is great.

The free 5 year guarantee is great for piece of mind. :)

Not 1080P, only HD Ready, but unless you sit very close you won't see any difference. Compare in shop from your chosen viewing distance if you are not sure.

I have one as a 2nd TV for in a bedroom. On HD, its ok for the money. On SD, it's pretty poor imo. You get what you pay for I guess.

    Now £688!

Dixons were selling them for £688, so Amazon must have dropped the price to compete, lets hope it drops again!

I'm looking for a budget 1080p lcd hdtv for my bedroom, mainly for gaming, but with a little tv use, preferably larger than 19'' and in the 25-300 range or thereabouts. Can anyone suggest anything?
