I recently took delivery of an M&S LCD HD ready 26" for £199 - with 5 years' warranty. It was a special deal - but I think they offer these at this price every now and then. It links to the internet via a wireless dngle (supplied) and I can access BBC iplayer, Twitter, Youtube and also Blinkbox where I can download current films to watch (for a fee).

It may not be the best picture or the best sound (i'm no expert) but in terms of functionality for the price, i think it's great value.

We bought this TV for my nephew and no matter what we do we cannot get the wireless dongle to see their network. It will see everyone elses!

The TV came with an A4 sheet stating their was a support site specifically for the TV but it doesnt exist at the sddress given

Sometimes these dongles need to be from a special provider, either from the tv builder itself or partners. Have you checked that?

To the best of my knowledge that is only scart. There may be better connections that others can help you with but scart will get you going. As I said connect the scart lead into the Sky box, then connect the other half of the scart lead into the TV. Sometimes the scart will automatically turn the TV to Sky. If not just go to input on the TV remote & choose the scart connection you put the lead into. Sometimes scart leads are 'one way' only so if the above does not work you can try another scart lead or reverse the way the scart is connected, ie: put the one in the TV into the Sky box & the one in the Sky box into the TV.:)

    It worked, thanks so much!

The dongle was in the box with the TV. It is recognised by the TV and allows you to scan for wireless networks but it will not see their own network (sees most of the neighbours though)

Seems to be instock again http://www.very.co.uk/sony-32in-freeview-hd-lcd-tv-kdl32nx503/771447971.prd?aff=google&affsrc=froogle&cm_mmc=fp_google-_-offers-_-electricals-_-PY7311E+Sony+32in+Freeview+HD+LCD+TV+KDL32NX503. Im sure you will get this, I think they come straight from the supplier, which is why it takes a little longer, let us know if you do! Im so tempted but have a 32 inch already thats perfectly fine.
I ordered this morning around 10am, and it's being delivered tomorrow.
    Impressive service!

Yes. I tried that website but it didn't exist.

I did manage to make contact with the company though and got a fast, and helpful, response.

I'll PM you with the details.

This is now showing 'out of stock' and mine hasn't been dispatched yet (but the money's gone), hope the Littlewoods group are OK!!

Next best price seems to be £583 with stock, so we either have an excellent bargain or?????????

Got it today!! One day early and everything OK.

Good set but slightly reflective screen and initially confusing handset

TJ Hughes are apparently doing 20% off everything from 6 pm tonight

Might be able to get a bargain here?

There's a 40" Full HD samsung at £449 so should reduce to £360 if my maths is right. Plus it has a free stand

  • Hello all, this is to those who purchased the sony KDL-32NX503. How've you been able to resolve the auto dimming darkening of the screen? Have you tried to register the product on sony .com? It keeps saying code invalid or already registered.
    Thank you.
