Basically looking for say between 21" and 26" HD Ready and Digital Ready with possibly 1 scart lead incase I decide to add Sky Multiroom at a later date.
I prefer Samsung TV's, but any suggestions would be great...oh my budget isn't huge, so maybe I am onto plums here.lol
Thanx in advance for any help folks
Some good prices here but beware the cheapest Samsung is not Freeview.....

I think plasmas have better pictures, from my personal experience anyway.
Plasmas have always been noted for superior picture quality, but only came in larger screen sizes; LCDs were behind on display standards and screen sizes were smaller but have lower power consumption.
Now LCD screen sizes are a match for plasma models and the display qualities of a top brand, top of the range set can equal that of plasma.0 -
There's a 32" LG Digital TV (HD Ready with built-in Freeview) on the T J Hughes Website at the moment for only £349.99 if anyone's interested. There we're only 7 left when I checked, so its whilst stocks last! Would love to post a link, but new user rules
It's £10 cheaper from Dixons or Currys plus they give free delivery while your company charges £10 so that makes it £20 cheaper overall.~Laugh and the world laughs with you, weep and you weep alone.~:)

I've just bought the Toshiba 32" from Dixons for £299 with a 1/2 price stand so total cost £348.99 delivered.
It's not for me it's for MIL and will keep her happy. We bought Toshiba because we have 3 of them at home so we know how to talk her through the menus/remote when she rings us with queries~Laugh and the world laughs with you, weep and you weep alone.~:)

I'm thinking about getting the LG 32LH3000 32" 1080p FULL HD - However I am moving to Australia in Jan so does anyone know if it will be compatible with the system there. According to the manual it seems that it is compatible with PAL B/G, but not absolutly clear.
I have emailed LG about 3 times in the last 2 weeks but no reply...0 -
joelwoods - I'm sure I've seen a Freeview+ TV (ie one that's a PVR, recorder, not just viewer) but they're pretty obscure. I've always stuck by having the TV as a screen, and have boxes for doing the other things, but I understand that some people can find this messy! You'll have better luck getting a TV you like and a seperate Freeview+ set top box.
Unless you want to wait for FreeviewHD equipment...0
