I've just called Richersounds Customer care. A representative said none of their shops have the
Toshiba 32XV555 in stock atm, and their warehouse doesn't either. They are awaiting a delivery from Toshiba, and ETA is unknown

However representative did say that the LG 32LG3000 is in stock at some of their stores.

(Both as of 14:30 GMT today).

One of latter TV may be mine :D

My TV died on Tuesday and I bought one of the LG ones. Very happy with it after a little tweaking to make the initial harsh picture softer.

If you're looking for a big TV with a good quality picture for a reasonable price, I haven't been able to beat this one. Delivery within 72 hours and includes a free glass stand and HD lead.

I'm looking for a 37" or above tv, either lcd or plasma. I want a pretty good spec, but cant afford the perfect spec (c'est la vie!)...

    Are the following any good?

Technica 42" Plasma @ £450 (I understand this was only £400 last week!)
    http://direct.tesco.com/q/R.205-2704.aspx

    Clarity 42" LCD @£400

Could I find a better tv at same price or lower?

Telephone contact number is wrong as the zero is missing from the 0207 (looks like someone who does not know UK dialling codes)
Neither do you, if you think that 0207 is a UK dialling code!!!

Can't help you with finding a TV, but don't worry about getting a 1080p one, you won't notice a difference between 1080p and 720p at that size.

Stolt, don't pay any attention to the contrast ratio, manufacturers all quote them and measure them in different ways, so they're meaniningless. One with an alleged contrast ratio of 1000:1 could actually have a better range of blacks than one with a ratio of 15,000:1

Have you actually read and understood the page? The area code for all of London is 020 - there is no such dialling code as 0207, as the Wikipedia page clearly explains.
