The funniest thing about this particular signature is that by the time you realise it doesn't say anything it's too late to stop reading it ....0 -
Hello everyone
(It looks like hafe4k hijacked by post, ha ha ha )
It has been quite some time since I last made some updates on my case.
We exchanged list of documents, surprisingly I was given a new mystery shopper’s brief which was not provided to me during the investigations.
I was also advised that they found the recorded tapes which I had been told that they were destroyed. I requested for copies of these tapes, my employer’s solicitor told me that they are liaising for me to go and listen to the tapes. I requested that they provide me with the copies. They haven’t provided these copies.
I requested for copies of documents that did not feature on the list, however these copies haven’t been provided yet.
I have to say that I haven’t had the orders yet from the tribunal. When I attended the CMD, the chairman indicated that he wanted the hearing to take place early this months, however I’m yet to receive any form of communication from the tribunal.
Any advise or comment will be much appreciated. I will keep everyone on here posted as things develop.0 -
Hello everyone
The story continues...
A copy of the recordings was provided, guess what? The tape has a hissing sound on it. Basically there are no recorded voices on this tape.
Copies of the documents I requested have not been provided yet.
That is the latest. I'll make more posting as things grow...

Hello everyone,
My case is dragging on and on...
To date, I haven't had the orders yet from the ET.
I had a call from ACAS a few days ago. I was advised that the respondent is so confident they will win the case, however they are willing to offer me £500. Please note that is five hundred pounds offered as settlement.
I'm wondering if someone can help me and put some light about the best way to negotiate settlement.
Any comments are welcome.0 -
Hi Mosdee
Don't think I can help much, other than to say are they taking the mick with that offer? It's not half dragging on isn't it - just keep taking notes of everything, sounds like they are trying to be obstructive with those tapes.
Wishing you the best of luckLearn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow. :cheesy:0 -

Hello everyone
I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas on how to make an application to the ET for an order to the respondent to provide relevant documents!?
I have been waiting for these documents for nearly 5 months now.
Any replies / comments will be highly appreciated.

Sorry mosdee, I'm away this weekend and starting a new job on Mon, so have not had time to reply to PM.
I don't know the answer, but think the tribunal might answer this question if you ring them, as it is procedural. Worth a try, anyway. (I would still be tempted to take the employer's latest offer and a good reference, though!)Ex board guide. Signature now changed (if you know, you know).0 -

contact the secretary of the tribunal and ask the judge concerned for an order , explain the time you have been waiting and explain the relevance of the information you are seeking
go to opsi site and search for The Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2004
print it out and refer to it when you need it
just represented myself in a 2 week hearing against my employer and found it to be quite stressful to be honest , very annoying that my personnel manager was 'glaring' at my witnesses and taking notes when all my witnesses were giving evidence yet was nowhere to be seen when the company was presenting its case. And all the company witness had so obviously been coached in the appropriate answers , bit of a farce to be honest , just hope the panel saw through it..............0 -
Hi XYZMAN
Thank you for you advice.
I got the orders last week.
I hope these will speed-up things.
Did you get any advice from a solicitor before you represented your self?
Did you prepare your own bundle?
I have to say, I have had good help on this forum. There are nice people on this forum.
I would like to show my appreciation to everyone who has commented and or advised me. Thank you all. Thank JB
The fight continues. I will keep everyone posted.0
