Hi all, raeh I hope the sicky boy recovers soon and that you get your washing dry.
cwta Have fun at the hairdressers, I dont get that treat now dd's almost a qualified hairdresser, it means I have to wash my hair myself and sweep up the hair after the cut, but on the other hand it's free
BZ Im so sorry about your aunt, I dont think theres many families who aren't touched by cancer, not that thats going to make you feel any better I know. Dads on his last chance now unless he can go to Harley street for this new lazer machine thats just over from America (cant remember what its called but its supposed to be good) It can cost between £15'000 -£25'000  but dad said he'd sell his house if it meant a cure.
Im trying to rest this morning as much as possible as Ive got g/d this afternoon, just hope dh can finish work early and come home to help with her as Im a bit ouchy today
I hope everyone has a good dayReal stupidity beats artificial intelligence every time.

Morning! x Oops no-arternoon! x
lol
I appear to have been run over in the night by a Sherman Tank, driven by an elephant. That pesky danged beast had better watch out if I catch it, lol.
I am dressed (actual clothes, not pjs), hair 'done' and have managed to hoover and wash the kitchen floot and hallway, thanks to my nifty £10 Powermop bargin. Now off out to visit my nanna (who luckily lives round the corner) and try to stretch these legs of mine (supermodel length should do me).
Beautiful dress there, BZ. xxx Don't fret too much about the parentals, doll-your day will be amazing, I feel it in my bones. :heartsmil(((spoons)))0 -
Sorry Sue, my eyes are not so good today, I totally misread that about your dad. I hope that he can manage a way to get the laser treatment. xxx
Raeh-good luck with icky boy. We all had it a few weeks ago and I certainly don't envy you, treasure. x(((spoons)))0 -
oh and bz we can make up for the lack of enthusiam from your parents ten fold
Cwta what on earth are you doing making a morning appointment?? How did you get on with the HA? There's some Shepherds Spy left...but I think it's my teaSorry. I have a swatch of fabric similar to the bms' dresses - maybe you could find some ribbon to decorate your various aids?
Raeh glad you're getting a bit more (semi) rest, but sorry about icky lad. Hope he's better really soon and he doesn't manage to pass it on to the rest of you!
Suep thanks. It is difficult but I can imagine it's more difficult for you with it being your dad. Didn't you say that his tumour had shrunk last week or have I drifted off to a parallel dimension?I can understand his sentiments re selling up for treatment
Stay strong guys and have fun with wee g/d.
Kitty t'awreet lass? You've been busy! I've only managed having a wee and back in bed with laptop! Mind you, the only place I get connection really is in bed, so that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it (despite not needing to do it in pj's under the duvet)!
Um, I was gonna say can I have the supermodel legs too, but then realised that the proportions would be all wrong then! I'll settle for the whole body! Maybe Tyra Banks? She'd do

For gawd's sake, I thought it wasn't the 13th til tomorrow?! My freezer appears to have packed up. Was given it at Xmas second hand and have spent the last months filling it with goodies.
From the smell of it when I opened it, it must have been on the blink for a few days. !!!!. !!!!. !!!!.
Why do these things always happen to me?I must go, I have lives to ruin and hearts to breakMy attitude depends on my Latitude 49° 55' 0" N 6° 19' 60 W0 -
Oh no that's really not good Auntie Axe
How did you not notice for days?? If you lived closer you could use mine, as the house has it's own... doh!

Haven't used it for a couple of days so only noticed when went to get chicken out for tea.
Am now too fed up to even think about any other food. Am having one of those times where being me sucks.I must go, I have lives to ruin and hearts to breakMy attitude depends on my Latitude 49° 55' 0" N 6° 19' 60 W0 -
Awww, that's no good! Buck up Auntie Axe, treat yourself to a chinese or something tasty
once in a while doesn't hurt
On a brighter note, I've actually found some shoes I don't hate the look of and are still a wedge! Might have to trundle over to Trafford Centre to see them in person next week"I am indelibly stained by hope and longing" - Nuts in May0 -
Hi all, just checkin' in. Not been feeling well today - dizzy spells whenever I tried to sit up - so didn't come online til now.
Have read posts but not feeling up to replying really, brain a bit woozy still.
Anyway, just wanted to say I hope all the things that've been going wrong for people start going right, and I'll (hopefully) be back to normal (ish) tomorrow.
