    Good grief, that is extortion!!
As for the song....well I guess I'll just have to drown it out with the free music on my new phone, so ner ner ner back! :p

I feel like nothing's been accomplished, wedding list wise, today (managed to get coloured Sharpie marker pens in the right colour for the "guestbook" canvas, but other than that...!) so I think I shall retire to my pit for a nap and hope I'm in more of a fit state to tackle some more of this stuff.

Btw, we're really struggling to find a white shirt that DF can wear for the wedding that won't show his (black&grey, upper arms and chest) tattoos through...any help/suggestions/advice gratefully received! I feel like we've been everywhere!:o

Thanks:) It's in the ideas pile (more as a last resort tho, cos we think he'll cook!), along with camoflage/cover-up makeup stuff to cover his tattoos under any shirt. We're more after a shirt that actually will cope with the tattoos being there. At the moment we're looking for maybe a twill fabric (the things you learn about fabrics/flowers/colour names/etc when getting wed!)

sharon your chair sounds lovely. I hope your having a good weekend with g/s and family around you.

pcl Oh no, thats not good is it. I hope theres not too much damage

cwta Ive just noticed, in the front of this book theres a list of the others and after this one is one more called 'Tempted' do you want me to get this one ?

lw So theres no chance of you having a quiet weekend then ;)

It's been drizzling here all day, so Ive not done much except I made a loaf of wholemeal bread, I fell asleep while it was rising in the airring cupboard and it ended up being in there for over 3 hours instead of 11/2 - 2, it had risen so much it had flopped all over the sides of the tin  so I cut the floppy bits off and made a couple of small rolls out of them :D

For those of us that are nosey interested...;) ...this is the car we went with. It's very similar to the previous choice, but it's bigger and we can get 7 in instead of 6 (plus driver) so mum can come (in the front seat) to the church, and DF wants to see if mil2b can get in too (the running board is quite high off the ground).

thats lovely bz, and another thing sorted of your list :)

chloe has started to bring me presents....which she catches and brings through the catflap alive. last nights was bigger than thursday nights, and she abandoned it still alive on my living room floor. my neighbours probably thought i was going crazy with my screams of its still alive and ahh get it. i think it was a moth, but it was bigger and black and had attena things. i think id rather the frogs my sisters cats bring in, moths terrify me, even the tiny white coloured ones nm giant black ones.
  • Loving the car, dude. I'll pack roller skates so I can hitch a ride. I can tuck my dress into my knickers to preserve my modesty *g*

pcl Don't you just hate it when they do that?! I draw the line at frogs though - they freak me out. Lita has been presenting me with caterpillers. I hope I manage to find all the ones that she's secreted round the kitchen *ewwww*

Remember when I had two little semi-feral 6 month old kits that were the cutest. Went out one evening and there had been a rain storm and came back to find the kitchen litered with worms that they had brought in. *double ewww*

*Sigh* Well whatever the things are that are markers of infection and inflammation are raised.... what's he going to do about it, you ask? Sweet FA, it would seem  He won't write a letter to my dentist explaining the effect on my health of having the abcess, but if I tell my dentist about the blood test and they want proof he'll send it. I really am wondering why the hell I bother. I feel rubbish, my glands have been really up the last few days and -I don't know if anyone else gets this- if anything presses on any of the glands/lymphs (including near by body parts when you bend/move) it makes me not only unfortable and in pain, but also makes me feel sick and emotional, like straight away. He didn't even give me antibiotics, but told me to ask my dentist who would either give them to me or ask my doctor to.....so then why couldn't he give them me there and then?! When I saw my dentist last they deferred responsiblily of giving antibiotics to my GP and now my GP's giving it back to the dentist. This is ridiculous!
Makes me feel like trying to deal with any of it is just an exercise in futility! It's so aggrivating.

OMG!!!! Are they just really phecking stupid?????
kass Nice to see you back - did you get the car sorted?

I'm starting on a little of a downer, and I think it's after the high of moving and now the frustration of trying to get the place straight. This awful, consistently wet weather doesn't help much either. Need to make sure I stay busy and active and that I feel I achieve sommat.

Have to look after/watch over Dad next week as his wife is off to USA to see one of her sons - he's been losing weight and hasn't been feeling so well - they can't get the level of Warfarin right for him - I think it's a bit like Thyroxin in taking a while to get it OK. He's not a patient man at all about health things, hates getting old and all the things that come with it and anyone who says the apple doesn't fall far from the tree may be a risk of physical injury *g*

Yes and no! I lost the money I should have got back but my car is parked in the garden until I get enough money together to get tax (the money I would have got back would have covered it ) and in the meantime they are fining me £94 for it being seen previously with no tax on my friends street and another £94 for it being seen on my street while they were clamping it!!!

chloe has started to bring me presents....which she catches and brings through the catflap alive. last nights was bigger than thursday nights, and she abandoned it still alive on my living room floor. my neighbours probably thought i was going crazy with my screams of its still alive and ahh get it. i think it was a moth, but it was bigger and black and had attena things. i think id rather the frogs my sisters cats bring in, moths terrify me, even the tiny white coloured ones nm giant black ones.

:eek::eek: OMG, I hate moths!!! They are the only living thing that I will kill. I hate myself for doing it but I just can't cope and almost have panic attacks if one comes near me.

Why is everyone making bread???? I'm feeling left out

I need the recipe for the banana and peanut butter bread and also for the tomato bread please people :D
