    Me too cwta :) Now I've begrudgingly stepped back from the idea of the purple gerberas (which was a major issue for florists to acquire) it shouldn't be too difficult.

    Glad you're getting at least some help Auntie Axe. My dad loved ACGAS too and we used to watch it as a family...along with Poirot and Blind Date o'course ;)

    Now my feet have swelled up :mad:

    Don't sweat it Auntie Axe. I can barely concentrate on one thing at once and felt all overwhelmed today when I had to arrange stuff with the doc, dentist and ESA who hadn't paid me AGAIN because they said they didn't recieve my med cert AGAIN :mad: Now I've got to traipse into town where I can't get parked nearby and bus stop is mileage to go into a grotty place where I'm sure I'd catch something surrounded by addicts and people swearing at their kids, to go hand a duplicate sick note in to get a payment:mad:

    Oooh, I'm awful angry this evening aren't I!!!!

    Hahahaaaaa!!! bz :rotfl::rotfl:

    I needed that. Was absolutely furious until I read that.

    Dropped DD1 and DS1 off at cadets and was driving home when I gets a phonecall from DS1 on someone elses phone telling me that he had been told to go home because of the swine flu. I told him to put the PO on and she said "yeah, he shouldn't be here for a month rather than infect everybody else" So I said to her, "He isn't infectious" so she says "what? He isn't infectious" So I said "no he isn't I spoke to the doc today and they said if he isn't displaying symptoms then he can go back to school etc" So she says "so he's been cleared by the doctor" OH MY GOD!!!!!!!

    Not only is she behaving stupidly but she makes it worse by insulting my intelligence and treating my son like a leper :mad:

    I mean, does she honestly think that I would take him down so he could make everybody else ill? And what was the repeating everything I said all about?

    It was the same when he was diagnosed, the amount of people who said "how do you know that?" or "who told you that?" !!!!!!!!! How do you think I know? Who do you think told me? I felt like saying "oh the woman down the street told me" Stupid people!!!!!
  • ETA I just won a small plastic covered mini-greenhouse on ebay to feed my addiction for all things home grown. Sooo chuffed and am loving having a garden again.

    kass If the side of your face has drooped with the abcesses is it possible you've got Bell's Palsey?? Might be worth getting it checked out?

    OMG!!!!! I've only managed to stub my toe and rip my nail off! :eek:

    I don't do well with blood. Do you think I should just go to bed and hope tomorrow goes better :rolleyes:

    Bells Palsy eh! Heard of it but don't know what it is. I'll have to have a look but I'm sure it's just the swelling or something from the abcess pressing on a nerve.

  • Pfhhhht. I hate paying full price for stuff so am always looking for money off and am happy with pre-planned spending when I feel I've got value for money.
