pcl Yes, visitors left today and I said "tara" to them last night so had my lie in and then went back to bed again this afternoon so have have quite a bit of sleep now. With a decent night tonight, I hope to be all caught up.

Made appointment with Practice Nurse for Thursday so I can register the fact I've fallen again and also get her to do a quick review of best treatment for ankle as foot is quite swollen and bruised too - suspect will just be rest and perhaps support bandage, but do need to get it noted on records anyway.

Am all behind with emails, so those who I owe will (hopefully) get one tomorrow when brain is nicely rested.

bz While you're resting with your throat, can you get invites sorted and ger DF to post them for you? Hope you feel better soon. Any news on dentist referral as having that sorted may help stop you getting so many throat infections?

I could...but then I wouldn't be resting
I could do them in about ten minutes, but my inclination to climb up the stairs to sort envelopes and such in the printer and whatnot has disappeared for right now... maybe later when there's nothing sucking me into the tele

The dentist referral thing...I have an appt with the dental hospital thingy dept on 21st July, which isn't too far away now. I'll find out what happens about having the procedure then. I do think that when it's gone I'll feel a bit better and my immune system will recover a little bit

Think it might have to be the alternative to white roses and purple gerberas...:cool:

Morning all, I have managed to overdo it a bit over the last 2 days which is why I was so tired yesterday evening. I really need a day of doing nothing, but it's not going to happen this week, roll on the weekend

BZ Ive never even heard of a lisianthus Im afraid, Im sure anything purple and white will look lovely though, purple is 1 of my favourite colours.

Im hoping its going to stay dry today as it's st Swithins day, we dont need 40 more days of rain ! although it means I dont have to worry about watering my plants every evening ( their in pots)

Hope everyone has a good day, Ive got to get ready to meet my Fibro friends for coffee at 11, followed by lunch and then call into Mums on way home, so I wont be around until later.

I have my occupational Health appointments today one for walking stick and one for wheelchair, typical i hurt all over so i hope its not too bad, not sure what happens but i expect its a lots of moving my body around?

My lower back hurts really bad today, just typical

pap Good luck with the appointments - if you've been moving about a lot, you're bound to have aches and pains - almost as many as if you had sat doing nothing and siezed up. Go figure!

Am not tired today, more fatigued and listless, but having seen the house through visitors eyes, I would like to get it sorted out - maybe this afternoon.

While they were here and I nipped out to get Chinese takeaway, I said as I was leaving that they should feel free to do any housework while I was out - the reply came back "I don't think you'll have enough bin bags!". Made me chuckle.

I have chores everyday until the end of the week, so hope to have a quieter time next week - we always say that though, don't we!

its absolutely bucketing it down here, hope its dryer with the rest of you.

bz ive never heard of either type of flower, except when ou ahve mentioned them, im with sue though anything with purple and white will be gorgeous.

pap hope the appointments have gone/go ok and are not too exhausting.

sue does that mean im going to have 40 more days of rain since its raining this morning? i must google hope you manage to keep the weekend for doing nothing.

cwta hope the listlessness doesnt stick around, and the chores dont add too much to the fatigue.
