No you're on the money Auntie Axe, one of my good friends has just been diagnosed - apparently her pregnancy masked it and it's now been caught and she's struggling to find the right level with her meds. She was saying she gets free scripts too and sorta feels bad about it! Esp as I don't get em...etc..

I'm not even getting into the waxing debacle...my friend had it done on her pits etc before the wedding but I'm scared that it'll just KILL. I have a LOT of pains in the pit type area tho and I'm paranoid about it now I think...(Dammit! Didn't I say I wasn't getting into it? :rolleyes::shhh:)

i had my legs waxed once......they had to hold me down to do it because i was adamant they had to finish since they had started.

Sue I hope your migraine has eased, I always get the flashing lights and am sick with them , its horrible isnt it? Im sorry to hear your dad didnt have the op, let us know how he is when you have spoken to him xx

unity, i was hoping my thyroid levels had pushed enough to warrant the meds and free prescriptions but as always im borderline everything ... not anything and not not?? i think i confused myself there as well as you lot
i totally agree with your 'use it or lose it' when i was first dx i coudnt do much but it was psychological with me for some of it?? as i said the other day, the pain's there whether i do or dont do things, so id rather keep busy and nap after work?
this hot weather is frying my brain though :rolleyes: iv lost count of how many times today iv forgotten what i was saying halfway through a sentence lol

i've run out of steam now with replying so i'll just say hello to everyone else.

I have funny shoulders this week as they both feel they arent quite in the sockets and are clicking terribly so i cant type for long.

Apparently we are going to get thunder storms here later so i'm hoping it will cool things enough to get a decent nights sleep.

Up early because a) a combination of DF's alarms and the pigeon cooing outside the window woke me up/kept me awake and b) I need to take mil2b to the hospital to get her drain taken out, and I think she has another appt straight after that...? I'm hoping it all won't drag on too long and I can have the afternoon to myself. Need to get some more weddingyness on the go methinks. And maybe a nap before I have to go get DF from work so he can be back in time to go to his other job tonight.

I've had one hell of a sleepless night, amitriptyline didn't do anything for helping me sleep, just had a nightmare instead about the oh.

Feel so tired and i am sure i asked my son to wake me up before he went to school, if he did i didn't hear him, my neighbour has offered to cut my hair and thin it out today, thats not until 10, but it will take me that long to wake up properly me thinks. but looking forward to looking less like i have been dragged through a bush backwards :rotfl::rotfl:.

Morning all, Im feeling a bit more like myself today. Im going to visit DH's Nan this morning and later this afternoon we've got shopping although I go in the stores scooter it's still tireing (sp)

Still havn't got hold of Dad, I've left a message on his phone and will try again today.

My laptops still playing up, I cant click on any links and I've lost the repair mans number that I used last time so Im thinking about calling someone else out, it's really annoying, I dont want it to be sent away for 3 weeks again like last time, are there any computer geeks out there who can help ?

do you have the windows cd, if so pop it in and reboot to bios, and tell it to boot from cd (del, or F8 usually) and go for a repair, this may help, and it will not wipe, if you are not sure pop a post of tech help here, loads will be able to help without the need of sending it away to line someones pocket.

Make sure you antivirus is upto date
