    Ok.. Think about this Logically.

    The Broker, Brokers the Loans.

1st Loan For the Debt Consolidation
    2nd Loan For the PPI.

Yes.. a loan for the PPI.

Think about it, the first loan pays off your debts and the second loan pays off your PPI.

The loan for the PPI is for the purpose of paying the Insurer the premium up front.

Ok so the Broker, Brokers The Loans, allowing for the lender to pay out the capital to your debts and uses the other loan to take out the PPI..

Do you see where I am going with this?

When you look at the ppi being another loan its a scam apart from it being useless. They lend you the loan to pay off your debts, then they get you into further debt by adding on the ppi.

They also don't explain that this is the case with ppi being another loan. eeeeeee the cheek of these lendersl

  • Goodafternoon to everyone
I have today received letter from capital one to say they are not refunding ppi they sold me this over the phone apparently which i cant remember the limited version of the terms and conditions were explained over the phone, and they say the product is optional and this was made clear to me. I was given 30 days to cancel this policy free of charge but i did not do it.
Just wondering if i should go with second letter or will they stand there ground.
    many thanks to you all.

    Hi there
If this was the first response write back to them - it seems you have received a standard fob off response here.

Tell them your not satisified with their response, and will appreciate it if they investigate this again, if and tell them if they do not uphold in your favour it will leave you no other option but to take this matter further, such as the FOS for example or the courts, that one is up to you hun, but don't leave it there if you strongly feel you have a case, good luck and please let us know how you get on.

Do you have any paperwork on this loan/PPI?
The one and only "Dizzy Di" :D

  • So THIS is where you lot been hiding?! :D I thought you'd all been banned! :rotfl:

Just wanted to ask one creditor replied to my SAR by sending me copies of loan agreements. I sent them a bit of a snotty letter stating I still want a full refund and they have until such time to reply to my SAR. Then I had a seperate letter a few days later asking me to contact them to arrange delivery for the sales call cd! (obviously the two letters have crossed in the post)

Can they do this? Surely it should have been in the same packet as the previous items or they should just send it by courier and if I am out then tough I'll have to arrange another delivery with the courier right?
