Martin names a couple in the guide.

Do you mean companies that end up going through FOS?

  • Masmit. I am confident that you will progress more in the shortterm than you would have in the time its taking you to get this far.

Our case, and some of our members cases are now with firms, after beating my head against the wall and being fobbed off with brokers, and incomplete SAR request.. its time to call in the cleaners.. I have been contacted by a lot of press recently and they are looking at doing some articles on our plight, so not only to we have a firm behind us we now have the press as well.

great advice incipience, i went through being messed about by the FOS, FLA, ICO, to me the system is flawed bigtime, i decided to go legal to stop this, & with lawyers being able to do more for me than any of the authority's trying too help.

I totally agree, there are supposed to help protect the consumer and I have found they don't really help at all. Its seems to be one-sided in some cases

I had a meeting with my local MP on friday, regarding the FLA.
This was about their regulation of their member's, & the complaints system they offer to consumers.
I asked if he could inforce a report on this regulator just like the Hunt report on the FOS.
I have asked for this to show what a sham the FLA are, so people with complaints don't waste their time using their complaints procedure, to find their onesided too their member's.
so anyone thinking of using the FLA DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME, if you think it is your only option because the FOS will not help, its not GET A LAYWER.
DON'T GIVE UP THEIR ARE BETTER OPTIONS

    1. To introduce you to the lender?
    2. To give you the loan?
    3. To give the ppi product?

They all make huge profits from not giving you the best deal and are all in it together for profit.

    Not sure if I'm right?
