So THIS is where you lot been hiding?! :D I thought you'd all been banned! :rotfl:

Just wanted to ask one creditor replied to my SAR by sending me copies of loan agreements. I sent them a bit of a snotty letter stating I still want a full refund and they have until such time to reply to my SAR. Then I had a seperate letter a few days later asking me to contact them to arrange delivery for the sales call cd! (obviously the two letters have crossed in the post)

Can they do this? Surely it should have been in the same packet as the previous items or they should just send it by courier and if I am out then tough I'll have to arrange another delivery with the courier right?

    Hi TP

Yes you found us all. I suppose they can send it as they want to really. Some packages that are posted if you are not in they keep them 5 days and send them back to the sender. Perhaps that is why they are checking when you will be in.

Do you have a neighbour who can take it in for you.

I hope the CD is productive for you.

    Hiya Toffee Penny

Its good to hear from you hunni.;)

Yes there have been some changes - where posters can add their own complaints in their own threads, but we are still here lol.

If I remember correctly I received my recordings in a separate package to the SAR, although I did keep on at them for a little while for this.
I told them I know the calls were recorded as we were reminded each time and aware they keep a copy of them, they said no more and send them on their way lol.

Hope you receive yours soon. Good luck.

I "help" (or try to but it seems that my help is not wanted anymore and I have to consider that maybe you are all right and I cannot fight you any longer cause that is what my being here feels like "A FIGHT" against you instead of being in the same boat - you and others have made it quite clear to me in your own way that you do not want me here as I see it) to a point on here myself and then can go no further other than to say "you may have to get outside help" but would never recommend a company to anyone. Its up to the individual to do that for themselves. If you recommend and its bad advice then what??

. I even got accused of causing tiggrae to not come on here. That was not true. I only asked her what someone was asking me to ask her in a PM and it was something that was a touchy subject to some. The unfair rebates that she was . I am sure that I will be "kicked" back down again for this but I really don't care. You got help, I didn't. You think someone like that is wonderful and perhaps more help to the cause but others could disagree.

what gives you that impression marsh?

  • Im new, Hello all.

Ok Im reclaiming PPI on 3 HBOS loans and also a HBOS credit card (Ive been busy)

Im now looking at my car financing and im lost. The loan was for £5000, APR 14% for 48 months. Monthly repayment is £129.17 Total repayable £6660. (breakdown is £1200.16 credit, £145 credit fee, and £95 admin fee) Rate of interest on credit is 6% (ive copied this from the agreement) I cant work out numbers and wondered if a number person could look at this and tell me if its possible to tell IF what im paying is interest at the precentages above or do the numbers not add up in which case i could have some kind of Hidden PPI. Im number dyslexic and i cant work anything out. If no one can help thats OK. Im just glad I joined

Just a follow up to something i posted a while back, my in-laws had a loan from Lloyds TSB, taken out in 2007, the loan is in my father-in-laws name only, he paid a single premium PPI of £2905 on a loan of £11966 making a total of £14872, payable over 62 months, he was retired when he took the loan out, and had had a mild heart attack 20 years ago, he is still working more than 16 hours a week, now looking at the paperwork with the PPI it seems he is ineligible for unemployment cover, accident or sickness cover, hospilisation cover (as the terms state that if he works more than 16 hours a week he cannot claim it) the critical illness cover states it MAY pay out, not will, so it seems he is paying £62 a month for life cover.

The policy states he can cancel the PPI through Lloyds, but im wondering if it would be better to reclaim through misselling.

Any advice would be a big help.

Or can he cancel the policy, get the refund that they say he can claim, and still claim for the rest.
Thankyou Sir Alex for 26 years

No Not to late skin deep. Look through the red tab at top claim back 1000. See if you feel you have been miss sold and not just changed your mind. If you feel you have been miss sold then take it from there and good luck. You will find template letters on the thread.

If you need more help then please post again.
