PPI Reclaiming Discussion part 4

Just wanted to say thank you so much to all of you who helped me a couple of months ago with reclaiming PPI I was missold on a loan by A & L! After 3 letters from them saying they were still looking into it, i followed your advice and sent off a SARS request and within a week they called me back and said they were sending me an offer to refund all the PPI charges + interest. It arrived on friday. :j :T

They said a new loan agreement will follow.

I have a question, the new loan agreement is at the same rate (i think it's 6%) which I know is low but as rates have dropped so excessively recently can I request from them a lower rate going forward???

Hope you don't mind, put your SAR letter as a thread as it is very useful to a lot of people on here, of course have also stated it was your SAR letter lol. Also hoping to make it a sticky.
