Hi Pinknico;) and yes both, just emailed the copy to the FOS and going to send one to HFC as well, just in case, also enclose details from the email to them as well.
Marshallka found some useful details for me about these, going to print them off and enclose them. (In the Underwriters thread below)
The prob i have though is that I did write to HFC early this year and they did not deal with it, by stating it was nothing to do with them, so that was that, however, now we know who are responsible, as we do have that evidence now, hopefully the FOS will agree that we should go ahead, as it wasn't our fault being told by HFC it was nothing to do with them, and did not deal with it.
Gonna go for it now.;)XThe one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

FOS got back to me and said they had no jurisdiction over HFC because it wasnt a bank loan it was an HP loan so that is why we are going the Hamilton route especially as it was added on without us asking for it.DS1 12/10/04

Havent emailed Di but wil see if I have an address on any paperwork. HFC are rubbish at getting back to you, it took them nearly 4 months to reply to my complaint and then only because the FOS wrote to them!DS1 12/10/04
