Hi,
Just an update, I received a letter from Direct Line to say thet are dealing with my complaint. So fingers crossed. Also received 1 questionaire from Clydesdale regarding 2 comlaints. I had to phone them to double check which loan account it was for, but they said they have combined the both of them. Filled it in and posted it yesterday. No word yet about my credit card. Just a waiting game now! Thanks to all who have helped.:T:T Gill

Here is the email sent from the FSCS last Friday. It was the 8th Sept sorry not the 9th lol.:DGood afternoon,
I can confirm that Twopart Limited were declared "in default" on 8 September 2009.
As you may be aware, we expect in most cases to complete all claims within 6 months from the date a firm is declared "in default"
Hope this helps

Thank you All,melorablack wrote: »I don't think it matters that the account is in dispute..if it is in arrears they can use any refund to reduce the arrears.
The best option then is to try and settle the account first then to put forward the PPI / charges claims. I have already had one creditor that used the charges refund to reduce the arrears0 -

To what I know of, the FSCS forwards our claims to Deloittes, they assess them, then if agreed, they get passed back on to the FSCS for payouts, unless anyone can clarify how this is done, but this is what I can gather from the posts so far.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"

If you also check on the thread FSCS compensation, this may give you some sort of ideas on there on how this works as well. XThe one and only "Dizzy Di"
