just a quicky, you must be fed up with me by now!!!!!!
had another thought--- if i dont get the sar letters from the companys, will they auotmaticly read/listern to all conversations about the ppi application?
if i'm saying i was mis sold and some how i wasn't will they just let me know or take it in their own hands as a false claim kind of thing?

Hi Pammie and of course I'm not fed up with you lol.:rotfl::rotfl::D.

You do not have to request for the SAR's if you don't want to, but the information may help if you want to take this further, for instance if they don't resolve your case in your favour.

If there are any telephone recordings they should supply a copy to you as well within the SAR, but you may even receive these free of charge by requesting for them.

I would not worry, the worst they will say is "no".;) where you should get the chance to write back to them again - until you receive the "final response", if they have not changed the decision you may be able to take your complaint further to the Financial ombudsman service (FOS) they will give details of these.

But going by what you said earlier that you have a list of 5 reasons that occur to you, it looks like you have a good case anyway, they do not take matters into their own hands, you will be fine.;)
