Hi there guy's I'm a very new person to this site i've already kicked off 3 charges claims and i'd quite like to persue a 4th I was wondering if any 1 could steer me in the right direction
    here goes = the story,
When i was 18 i went to my local vauxhall garage to "look into" car fiance to see what it was all about, the next thing i no he's drafted up documentaion and i'm buying a car. I thought Yay' i didn't have to pay a deposite- bonus and i had all these random insurences they sounded fab i didn't have a clue what they were all about all i knew is without them and a guareentor i wasn't going to be able get finace so sheepishly i excepted. I then ended up with herendous monthly payments for well over the first agreed period with Capital Bank which then turned out to be the royal bank of scotland. Then when i lost my job in feb my guareentor told my i had taken out PPI for such an occasion but apparently i had insurnces the with 2 other companies and neither were applicable uncless i was critically ill or dead not really much help.

So my question is who an earth do i send my correspondence 2?

    Sorry its a bit long-winded :(

    Thank you

    Hi Donna and Welcome.;)

So I take it you were sold the finance 4 years ago then?

You do have a good case here, so I would definately complain and reclaim on the insurance and interest.

Is this finance now settled? Although it makes no difference, as you can still reclaim if settled or still active.

Here below is a link with useful insurance, known on here as PPI (as they are all the same really), also some reclaim letter templates.
Write in your own reaons of how you were mis sold.
They have 8 weeks to respond in full.
    http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/reclaim/ppi-loan-insurance

If you hear nothing by 8 weeks then try to Financial ombudsman service (FOS) to ask if they can investigate.

If you do hear from them and they have not resolve this to your satisfaction, write back and tell then you want this reconsidered, do this until you receive the "final response".
In the final response they should give details of the FOS if eligible.

Good luck and post up anytime when you need help with this matter.;)

(post all letters by recorded delivery).

yes finally although they knocked me for 6 when they told my " oh by the way your last payment will be £1600"

I'll take a look further into it
Sorry its late and i really should be in the land of Zzz's do you think i should write directly to Capital Bank/the royal Bank of Scotland as they were the main account providers?
or Vauxhall as that was who actually sold the policies to me?
( prehapes i'll be awarded some of that nice pension the chairman got )
    Thank-you again

lol, I would love to be in bed fast asleep by now, my son who has needs does not sleep, so this keeps me going this same time on here lol.

You should actually write to the ones who sold you this, as it was their responsibility, they may try to fob you off onto the lender, but tell them "Your company "sold" me this product".;)

    Good luck.:D:beer:
