Hiya hunni
So sorry to hear your not having a good day, you find that everything bad happens in one day and normally the same on good days, so lets hope you get plenty of the good ones.;)
Right hun, I take it you have received the final response in order for you to take this to the FOS, or they have suggested this in the letter?
If you require any help hun, please just ask, links for the FOS for forms etc, and I wish you luck from here.:A

Bless you, well good luck hun and we are here if you need us as much as we can be.;)
For the quickest method of the FOS, you can also follow this here:

Remember to enclose a copy of your final letter with the FOS form as well.
Good luck.

Hi there and Well done to you, congratulations. :T  .
You could ask the FOS to see if they can get hold of the figures for you, explain you have nothing to work on.
I note that someone else had this problem on another thread earlier and the FOS told them it may hold or delay their complaint, but yet when my hubby asked the FOS they got hold of the figures straight away from the company, well the following day, it may be worth you asking, good luck,;)
And your last paragraph is the usual comment from the FOS.

Tomorrow I'll be calling Barclaycard up to see if they can give me the calculations and also if they can verify what they intend to give us in advance. The FOS advised me to do this as he didn't have details or contacts/phone numbers in Barclays.
We'll see anyway and I'll keep everyone updated with how it goes. Thanks Di for your reply. I notice that you help so many people. Top girl, cheers.

He told me that they will pay me back 6 years from the day of my claim. He also told me that by signing the acceptance we are only accepting the offer. If however, we are not happy with what they pay us then we can complain to the FOS. I was hoping we could claim all the way back to 1996, but 6 years is better than nowt!

Thankyou Di once again you are a great help and it's much appreciated.
I am going through all my previous loans with Halifax and scouring them to see if I took PPI out hey the more the better or the merrier eh?
Just hoping to get my finances sorted once and for all as both me and dh are just so hacked off yes I know I got myself into this and believe me I WILL get back out of it.
Just had major barny with the upstairs neighbour.....he was blasting Hey Jude just now and I had to go and shout at him to turn it down as he woke my wee boy up he's only 4 and his routine is all out the window as the numpty upstairs has no consideration for people!
He did say sorry lol :T but he keeps doing it once too often......
Oh well its 5 past 12 and I should really get to my bed but happy harry aka hubby is in one stinker of a mood courtesy of our lovely neighbour and his friends. hehe:rotfl:
Oh well its only 4 more days til the weekend when he should be playing it hehe!
On a good note my work won Firm of the Year at the Scottish Legal Awards lol so things are good at work which means pennies will still be paid at the mo.
Nite nite everyone sleep tight and hopt to get somewhere soon with these letters :jLiving Life to the Full0 -
I have rang RBS and spoke to my caseworker. FOS faxed them a copy of my acceptance letter yesterday and they are busy dealing with it at the moment, hopefully the money will be in my account within a month.
I will give them a ring after the Easter holidays.0
