So should I write to NR then and say no to this offer or should DH accept it and then explain to the CCCS ??
They've given us 10 days to return the signed agreement which is full and final settlement with no further liability on their part
really confused as to what to do next!!!

Hi Yonny

First thing is that you cannot go to the FOS until NR state it is their FINAL RESPONSE.

May I suggest that you ring the FOS and discuss this with them. The no further liability on their part means that they want to stop you say in a years time finding another fault with it or going to a claims company. By you signing the Full and Final it makes it very difficult to claim further although not always impossibe.

hi yonny, in your original post you said when you sign the agreement you will get surplus paid back is that right? if it is could you please post details of this agreement on here ( dont put your personal information ) is it over the same months that were left on your original loan or have they increased the months? could you also put breakdown of refund amount of ppi as well, i dont know if you have to declare any refund to cccs you should phone cab and ask them what happens as the cccs may want any surplus paid into the dmp. this may not be what you want to hear but it is better to be safe than sorry, you will get all the help you need on this site there are some great people on here who may help you a bit more than i can, but just remember you are not alone

He sent me a private message the other day and said he shall be here as soon as he can, he has had some urgent matters to solve, but said he will do his best to return ASAP.;)
