He did not,the no quibble was for all ppi claims put on hold before the JR.

Yes, and now look at all the people who are being "fobbed off" by Barclays, its now any old excuse including PASSING the BUCK to the overworked FOS,

Not certain what other word you would use ? HE LIED
  • I've had a letter from Central Capital acknowledging receipt of my complaint, and asking for more information. One of the things it asks is when did I become aware I had cause for complaint.

My ex enquired a while ago (just after they'd starting putting the hold on claims, and before that was overturned) and was told we'd missed the deadline to complain. It's only recently that I've found out that wasn't true. I'm not sure what to put for that bit?

It is your job to put Central Capital firmly in place

1: You became aware when the misselling scandal was exposed by the media

2: There is no deadline when it comes to theft

Halifax are just playing games with you. Send them a SAR, costs £10 but they are legally obliged to send you the information
  • Can I check that I am doing this correctly as the article was a little confusing.

I have now got my credit report and have the lenders I have used over the last 6 years. I now need to get the info about Account Numbers and if I had PPI (which I am 99% sure I did) by using the SAR template and enclosing a cheque for £10. Once I can confirm these things I then use the questionnaire to send to the lenders explaining my reasons for being mis-sold the PPI.

    Is that correct?

    Thanks Annie
  • A loan for sainsburys which is now owned by RBS, who do I send letter too?
