Hi
I wonder if someone could give me some advice. I checked my mortgage policy some time ago and saw that I have ticked the box advising I didn't want to take out PPI so didn't check any further. However I have now received a letter advising that my PPI will expire in March. I am really unsure how I can deal with this and who I should contact etc Can anyone help me?
Thank you0 -

we have sent to FOs i wondered has anyone else had this experience with postal application and what was the outcome..
thanks to you all
BARCLAYCARD AGAIN. Take no notice of a final response, its only final when you get your money back.
Did the advisor explain all the points below, if not then hit them again, this time much harder.
*Did YOUR BANK explain the full cost of the PPI when you took out the loan?
*Did you specifically ask YOUR BANK for PPI?
*Did YOUR BANK make clear that PPI was optional?
*Did YOUR BANK ask you about your medical history?
*Did YOUR BANK ask you about any existing payment cover?
*Did you know that YOUR BANK added a PPI policy to your loan?
*Do you think YOUR BANK treated you fairly?
*Did YOUR BANK ask if you have any existing medical conditions?
*Did YOUR BANK ask if you were entitled to sick pay from your employer?
*Did YOUR BANK add the PPI without your permission0 -
Hand back that £1m, Mr Hester: MPs try to shame RBS boss into giving up 'immoral' bonus
Dear Uncle Fester (Hester), before you line your own pockets, please repay the stolen money you took from thousands of people with your fraudulent PPI's:eek:
NEXT BIG BONUS:
Bob Diamond's bonus from Barclays could be a few million and he will be paid that from the stolen money his bank took from you, thousands of people
LLOYDS
Antonio Osorio of Lloyds says he will not be accepting a bonus ?:T:T0 -
We took out a secured loan with Firstplus and were missold PPI insurance. We tried to claim it back but they have refused to pay as they say we went through a broker who no longer exists. We are still paying the loan and every thing we have ever paid has gone direct to Firstplus and all communication has come from Firstplus. Can anyone advise are they right about this or are they trying to hoodwink us!! Thanks0

SIMPLE .... If they are taking your money, it is FirstPlus liability.

RBS chairman refuses to take £1.4m bonus.... but will chief Stephen Hester follow suit?
Sir Philip Hampton rejects £1.4million payout - or 5.17million shares - he was due to receive this year
David Cameron: 'It's for Sir Stephen to decide whether he takes his bonus'
Lloyds boss Antonio Horta-Osorio has already turned down his bonus

I submitted my claim to Barclays in July 2011, which they rejected in November 2011. After getting moral support from you guys, I didn't buckle and took the matter to the FOS.
We had a reply from them earlier in the week stating that due to the number of complaints they are receiving, it could take a year for a decision! We were devasted.
My wife contacted me at work today to inform me that just 2 days after receiving this letter from the FOS, Barclays have written to us informing us that they had completed a supplementary investigation (even though their original decision was to be deemed to be final), stating that they are now upholding our complaint!
Justice at last. Keep persevering guys - Barclays tried to call our bluff, we didn't budge, and won back what was rightfully ours!
Big thanks to everyone that helped - Special mentions to Cappo, Amersall and Beamerguy who helped me to win the fight. 2012 now looks a great deal rosier! :heartsmil
Well done ginga:j:j:j:j:j:beer::beer::money::money::money::money::money::cool::cool::cool::cool::T:T:T:T:T:):):):):):)0 -

WELL DONE ... AND ANYONE can win over the crooked Barclays run by Bob Diamond. PEOPLE, I keep saying ignore the "FINAL DECISION LETTER" ... HERE IS PROOF.
DIAMOND LIED when he said "no quibble" refund on PPI.
Watch this space when Barclays announces Diamond's bonuses ????
IT WILL BE STOLEN MONIES FROM US DUE TO FRAUDULENT PPI's
"AMAZING FUN WITH THESE "JERKS" IN 2012"0
